《连连数字科技有限公司2017年度财务报表以及审计报告》汉英翻译实践报告

　　近年来,中国营商环境不断被优化,市场主体持续增加,商业竞争愈演愈烈。作为反映企业财务状况和经营成果文件,财务报表和审计报告对企业发展趋势的预测起了重要作用。本报告是作者基于连连数字科技有限公司2017年度财务报表以及审计报告汉译英项目所撰写。作者受北京天译翻译公司委派,负责整个文本的翻译工作,其中包括财务报表(财务报表附注)和审计报告。作者对整个项目背景以及翻译过程进行了描述,同时在译前对项目文本做了文本类型以及语言特点分析,本项目原文本属于典型信息类文本,因此,翻译中应采用相应的对策和翻译技巧实现文本的沟通功能。同时结合客户需求,作者确定了翻译的主要目的是使译文达到与原文一致的沟通效果。作者在该项目翻译过程中遇到了诸多难点。总结起来主要为词汇与句法层面的难点。词汇层面的难点集中于专业术语,内部逻辑复杂的短语;句法方面的难点集中于使用主动语态的句子和长难句。通过案例分析,作者研究了难点的成因,在目的论和文本类型分析的指导下,提出利用选词法和倒置法解决词汇层面的难点,并使用平行文本检查译文。在句法层面,作者提出利用转换法和顺译法,合译法和分译法的翻译方法解决句法层面的难点。最后通过对整项...
