《地球日益变暖：气候变化的来龙去脉》（节译）翻译实践报告

　　本次翻译实践的原文选自《日益变暖的地球:气候变化的来龙去脉》（第一章至第九章）。该书由霍顿·米夫林·哈考特出版公司在2016年3月出版,是一本有关气候变化的科普书籍。其作者布里奇·赫奥斯通过大量的例子、实验、科学数据,主要介绍了全球变暖产生的原因,引发的后果,以及应对措施。译者翻译此书旨在帮助读者全面了解气候变化,引起大家对全球变暖的关注。译者在翻译中遇到的重难点主要有标题翻译,词语翻译（包括专有名词,专业术语,新词和多义词）,和句子翻译（包括被动句和长难句）。所以译者运用不同的翻译方法、策略进行处理——标题翻译时,译者主要用成语和四字短语表达,并且结合增译法、减译法。面对专有名词和专业术语,译者通过字典或网络选择约定俗成的译本,运用音译法、加注法进行完善。对于新词的处理,译者分析词语构成以及以前的词义,并且参考平行文本。至于多义词,译者在具体的语境里分析词性,选择合适的词义。被动句有两种译法,即中文保持被动语态,或者转化成主动语态。面对长句,译者先分析句法结构,再用顺译法、逆译法、拆译法进行处理。通过此次翻译实践,译者受益匪浅:第一,标题、词语和句子翻译可以用不同的方法处理。第二,译...
