《中江挂面简介》英译报告

　　作为地方特产,中江挂面由于其独特的工艺和风味深受人们的欢迎。然而,英文宣传材料的空缺使其只能在国内市场立足。本篇汉英翻译实践报告的原文本为《中江挂面简介》。该文主要介绍了中江挂面的历史、产地环境、特点、价值、制作流程等,全方位体现了中江挂面的魅力。本报告主要包括五个部分:第一章介绍了该翻译项目,包括项目背景、翻译过程以及项目的意义及目的。第二章为文本分析,分别分析了外宣文本与原文本的特点。第三章为理论基础,介绍了纽马克的文本类型理论、语义翻译和交际翻译以及适用性。第四章为案例分析,在文本类型理论的指导下,译者结合语义翻译与交际翻译总结出相应的翻译方法。纽马克根据文本功能将文本划分为表达型、信息型和呼唤型三种类型。本报告的案例分析根据此三种文本类型进行分类。对于翻译方法而言,保留原来的结构用于翻译排比和明喻,力求再现原文本的修辞效果。为了准确传达原文信息,译者采用直译的方法翻译面条名称。在交际翻译的指导下,对于四字格词语,译者采用了意译和省译,在避免冗杂的前提下传递原文信息。省译用于范畴词的翻译,力求使译文简洁、明了。文化负载词采用了直译结合注释、音译结合注释和释义的翻译方法,旨在服务外...
