《儿童奇幻文学导论》（前言及第一章）翻译实践报告

　　本文是一篇翻译实践报告。翻译实践报告实践部分的原文为迈克尔·利维（Michael Levy）和法拉·简·门德尔松（Farah Jane Mendlesohn）编著《儿童奇幻文学导论》（Children’s Fantasy Literature:An Introduction）中的前言（Introduction）和第一章“奇幻文学如何成为儿童文学”（How fantasy became children’s literature）。这两章的主要内容是介绍全书的目的和框架,以及讲述奇幻文学成为儿童文学的历程,让读者大致了解全书内容和儿童奇幻文学的起源。本报告共有五章:第一章是翻译项目介绍,包括项目的背景和意义以及报告的结构。第二章是原作背景介绍,包括作者简介、主要内容介绍和原文的语言特征。第三章是理论框架,因为原文包含多种类型的文本,为了实现多个层面的对等,在此采用功能对等理论。第四章是翻译难点与翻译方法。在翻译过程中出现的思辨性论证句,史实资料和文学例证是翻译过程中的难点,在翻译实践中用到的翻译方法有直译和深度翻译,翻译技巧主要有顺句驱动、重组、分译和合译。第五章总结在翻译实践中所得经验...
