职前英语教师对实习指导教师反馈的感知研究

  实习指导教师对职前教师教育实习的反馈是促进其实践技能提升的最直接和最根本的途径,对促进其专业发展有着不可替代的作用。因此,教育实习过程中,实习指导教师的反馈对教育实习有着至关重要的影响。国内外关于实习指导教师反馈的研究,主要关注实习指导教师反馈的目的、形式、标准与工具,反馈的特点与效果。这些研究主要从实习指导教师的角度出发进行研究,或者立足于反馈本身。研究者们很少从实习教师的角度,尤其是职前英语教师的角度研究实习指导教师的反馈。职前教师作为实习的主体,了解他们对实习指导教师反馈的需要和期望,对提高指导教师反馈的质量至关重要。因此,本研究从职前英语教师的角度出发,探讨职前英语教师对实习指导教师反馈的感知情况,主要围绕以下三个问题展开:(1)职前英语教师从哪些方面得到了实习指导教师的反馈?他们对实习指导教师反馈的满意情况是怎样的?(2)职前英语教师认为从实习指导教师的反馈中他们收获到了什么?(3)职前英语教师认为实习指导教师的反馈有哪些不足?如何进行改进?本研究以某重点师范大学的55名英语教育硕士作为研究对象,通过定性与定量相结合的方法,采用了问卷调查和个人访谈进行数据收集,探讨职前英语教...
