操纵理论下的习近平《十九大报告》英译本研究

　　随着全球经济一体化和中国国际地位的崛起,世界对中国的关注不断增强,想要全面了解中国的兴趣不断加强。同时,中国迫切需要将自身独特的文化价值观念与发展理念传播到西方国家,让世界不仅“听到”中国声音,而且“听进”中国的声音。这其间,政治文本的英译与传播发挥了举足轻重的作用,已成为了国际社会了解中国的一个重要窗口。《十九大报告》是近年中国最重要的政治文献之一,它是中国共产党和中央政府对2013-2017五年间工作的总结和展望,涵盖政治、经济、文化、社会等各个方面,具有全面性、权威性、科学性和启发性。不论在理论上还是在实践上,其意义都超出了中国国界,为全世界政党治理与社会发展贡献了“中国智慧”与“中国经验”。因此,研究《十九大报告》的对外翻译与传播将具有重大的理论与实现意义。本研究选取《十九大报告》原文和官方英译本为研究对象,以文化学派的代表理论操纵论为研究框架,重点探讨文本外因素是如何影响政治文本翻译的选择、过程和结果,并尝试总结出政治文献翻译应遵循的原则和方法。《十九大报告》官方译本由中央编译局组织编译完成。与以往不同的是,此次的译校工作有两个新的特点。一是在原本七个语种——英、法、西、俄、...
