《富邑葡萄酒集团红酒进口合同》英译中翻译项目报告

　　作为进出口大国,中国近年来国际贸易往来文件的翻译需求急剧攀升。高质量的合同翻译不仅能保证贸易谈判的顺利进行,更能避免潜在分歧,防范合同风险。本报告基于《澳大利亚富邑葡萄酒集团红酒进口合同》的翻译实践撰写,原文文本包括商业信用账户申请及销售条件、正式合同和附表。报告以功能翻译目的论为理论指导,分别从词汇层面、句法层面和语篇层面选取典型案例并结合翻译目的论的目的性法则、连贯性法则和忠实性法则,重点分析了英文合同汉译中法律术语和概念及高频法律词汇,英文长句、被动语态和平行结构等内容的翻译方法和策略。在词汇层面,强调法律术语、法律概念的翻译必须明确其具体内涵和适用的法律背景;在句法层面,提出长句的翻译必须辨明句子的结构和逻辑关系,考虑中英文的语言差异,利用插入、切分、倒序、重组等方法进行翻译。在语篇层面,以平行结构为例提出理解合同句子的逻辑的重要性。
