中国大学英语教师记叙文写作教学的个案研究

记叙文写作是重要的写作体裁之一,通常被认为是学习写作的第一步。大部分英语为外语(EFL)的学生在学习英文记叙文写作时,遇到了很多写作问题。但同时,因为课堂上缺少系统的记叙文写作教学指导,所以学生的写作能力未能得到有效提高。现有研究多聚焦于其他写作体裁的课堂教学指导(如说明文写作、议论文写作、学术写作),而忽略了研究记叙文写作的课堂教学指导。本研究试图探究在中国英语为外语环境下一位大学英语教师的记叙文写作课堂教学指导以及其指导给学生学习英语记叙文写作带来的影响。本研究历时一学期,为质性个案研究,主要通过课堂观察、半结构化式访谈、问卷调查进行数据收集,同时收集了教师的教案、讲义和学生的写作作品。根据质性研究的数据分析方法,本研究有三个发现。第一,该教师采用过程式写作教学法,帮助学生提高写作水平,主要包括写前讨论、多稿写作、写作反馈和修改。第二,该教师认为写作课堂是隐形的以教师为中心的课堂,但同时也注重培养学生的自主学习能力。她在课堂上充分利用同伴或者小组讨论,帮助学生成为独立的作者。第三,五名受访学生均评价该教师的写作教学从不同方面提高了自己的英语记叙文写作能力,比如写作习惯和信念的转变、...
