诺德功能翻译视角下《中国与世界贸易组织》的英译策略研究

自从中国2001年加入世界贸易组织之后,中国的经济地位和政治地位得到了显著的提高,同时也让中国与世界实现了共赢。2018年6月28日,在西方国家指责中国进行“经济侵略”的背景下,中国发布了《中国与世界贸易组织》白皮书,意在用事实与数据为自己正名。白皮书作为官方的政治文本,其英译策略对于展现我国国际形象,宣传我国的方针政策具有重要作用,因此值得深入探讨与研究。本文以克里斯蒂安·诺德的功能主义理论为理论基础,分析《中国与世界贸易组织》的英译策略。在词汇层面,本文分析了白皮书中的中国特色词汇、高频搭配词及四字成语的翻译策略,发现译者在词汇层面多采用直译、意译、省译与转译的方法。在句法方面,本文分析了无主句及长难句中应用的翻译策略。在翻译无主句时,译者多采用非谓语动词作主语、增添主语和使用被动语态等方法;在翻译长难句时,译者多采用分译、增译、转换法和顺译法。此外,本文还分析了原文中出现的隐喻、明喻、反复、排比等修辞手段在译本中的翻译策略,发现根据不同的修辞方法,译者采取了直译、意译以及省译的方法。译者运用多种翻译策略,力求译文简洁准确,确保译本的可读性和准确性,这些翻译策略对于今后白皮书的英译...
