中医术语翻译的“归化”和“异化”

　　随着中国改革开放和“走出去”战略的不断深化以及中国与世界各国之间合作交流的不断增加,博大精深的中华文化逐渐走向世界,为世界人民所接受、所欣赏。具体从医学方面来看,中医不仅内涵丰富,而且语言也颇具中国特色,所以中医逐渐在西方国家流行开来。然而,纵览中医经典文献,我们不难发现,中医术语,尤其是文化负载词的翻译存在译文不统一的现象。这种现象造成了中医术语翻译的混乱,进而为突破文化障碍、忠实传递原文信息带来了困难。因此,为了解决这些困难,笔者在翻译本篇医学论文时对中医术语进行了分类,并分析各类术语的特点。然后,以归化和异化策略为指导,对该策略项下的各种翻译方法进行分类,并在翻译过程中对这些方法的综合运用进行探索。最后指出要准确翻译中医术语:首先,必须深刻理解具有特色内涵的中医文化知识,特别是与所要翻译的文本有关的背景知识;其次,要运用恰当的翻译方法。本报告通过对各种翻译方法的运用进行分析探索,旨在为未来能够更好地翻译中医术语提供一定的参考,为中医文化走向世界及促进中西医文化之间的交流贡献微薄之力。
