  概括文本是一种非常有效的阅读理解策略,也是一种有效的学习文本内容的方式。许多研究证明,对概括策略的直接指导对培养有良好技能的阅读者至关重要。虽然如此,针对在课堂上培养概括文本策略的研究仍然相对较少,而且已有研究大多关注如何概括母语的文本,而以英语作为外语的概括策略研究相对缺乏。本研究试图通过实验及访谈来比较两种概括策略:即基于语篇分析(Kintsch&van Dijk,1978)的“规则法”以及基于概念图(Novak&Gowin,1984)的“概念图法”,并通过调查学生的概括写作情况以及访谈纪实来对比研究两种策略,从而给概要写作教学提供有价值的参考。本研究将上海中心城区的一所高中三年级的学生随机分成实验组和对照组,其中实验组的学生学习“概念图法”概括策略,对照组的学生学习“规则法”概括策略。在教授相应策略之前,研究者对两组学生的概括能力进行了前测并记录测试结果,两组学生经过四轮的学习之后一周,研究者再次对两组学生的概括能力进行了后测并记录测试结果。测试分别对识别文本大意、重要信息点以及必要细节的情况进行了测量。随后,研究者使用独立样本T检验与配对样本T检验对前后测的数据...
