《受教育权手册》英译汉翻译实践（第八章）

　　本文选自联合国教育科学文化组织官网,标题为《受教育权手册》。本实践选取本手册的第八章内容《问责制和受教育权》作为源文本翻译。本实践报告共分为四章。第一章是对翻译任务的描述,对翻译背景,文本内容进行分析,阐述了翻译意义。第二章是对翻译过程的描述,其中包括译前准备,翻译过程以及译后审校。第三章针对翻译过程中遇到的一些问题,围绕遵循词语的搭配规律、突出情态动词的法律特征、调整句式结构、查询平行文本、以及结合文本阐明文本信息,结合案例具体分析翻译策略。第四章是对翻译实践的总结,分析遗留问题和展望未来。译者注重信息的表达,确保译文的准确和通顺,本次翻译实践提高了译者检索信息和解决问题的能力,同时也认识到自身的不足,促使译者加强理论知识的学习和提高实践能力。
