习近平政治话语翻译的生态翻译学研究 ——以《习近平谈治国理政》（第二卷）为例

　　《习近平谈治国理政》（第二卷）收录了习近平总书记从2014年至2017年三年期间一系列重要讲话,旨在向国际社会介绍中国的发展理念、发展道路、方针政策,是世界看中国的重要窗口。该书第二卷英文版自2017年11月7日出版以来,已陆续发行到世界100多个国家和地区,受到了海内外读者的广泛关注与高度好评,是进行翻译研究的良好样本。习近平总书记在讲话中,善于引经据典、旁征博引,运用了大量具有中国特色的政治术语、古诗文引语、四字成语以及脍炙人口的俗语等,形成了独具特色的“习式话语”。在翻译这些特色话语的过程当中,如何做到政治文献翻译的准确性,同时再现独特的中国语言文化魅力与习总书记个人风格,对译者来说是一个极大的挑战。作为时政文本,《习近平谈治国理政》（第二卷）的英译具有政治敏感性的特点,追求内容的准确性和传播的有效性。在翻译这些政治话语的过程中,译者既要准确传递原文信息,又要尽量保留原文的文化特色和政治特征。这就要求译者适应双语翻译生态环境,进行动态适应和选择,并从语言,文化和交际等维度考量译文的表达,这就是本研究为何选择生态翻译学理论作为理论支撑的缘由。以往对政治文本的翻译大多是从政治学、功能...
