《英国公司治理规范》翻译实践报告

　　《英国公司治理规范》（UK Corporate Governance Code）是由英国财务委员会制定的,用于对英国会计、审计以及精算等相关工作进行规范的标准。《英国公司治理规范》规定了董事会的领导权及效力、薪酬、问责制以及与股东关系等方面良好实践的标准。在英国,所有股份溢价上市的公司,无论其是否在英国境内注册成立,均需依据《英国公司治理规范》报告其在年度报告和会计账目中的遵守情况。由此可见,《2016英国公司治理规范》对于英国公司而言是非常重要的。当前最新的《英国公司治理规范》是发布于2016年的4月,目前国内关于这部《规范》还没有出现比较全面的翻译。因此,本文作者决定对2016年4月发布的《英国公司治理规范》展开翻译。就内容而言,《英国公司治理规范》是一本关于公司管理的相关规章制度。在本次翻译过程中,作者以相关翻译理论为基础,结合企业管理、人力管理、财务会计等相关专业知识,展开了本次翻译工作。在本翻译实践报告中,作者首先对本次翻译实践进行了简明扼要的阐述,并对翻译原文本的特征等进行了较为明晰的论述。然后,在本文的第二章部分,作者对本次翻译实践的过程做了一个系统的回顾,以帮助读者更好...
