关于初中英语课堂中话轮转换的个案研究

在动态交际过程中,交际者不断改变自己的角色,美国会话分析学派的学者将这种话语角色的转换称为话轮转换。作为外语学习者,话轮转换能力是会话交际中一项不可或缺的技能,传统的语法教学已经不能满足日益增长的对外语实用人才的需要。现在的外语课堂更多要求的是说话者要理解另一方所表达的言外之意或表达出完整的、语法正确的句子。这种规则和机制就是要懂得如何开始和结束谈话,并使自己的谈话不被打断,如何找到话轮的转换关联位置。话轮转换对于外语学习者来说是一项非常复杂的技能,因此,在外语教学中应用话轮转换技能具有非常大的难度。教师话语通过什么会话策略组织起来?话轮转换会产生什么样的教学效果,即对课堂互动有什么影响?笔者就这些问题,针对初中英语课堂话轮转换的问题进行研究,采用了自然调查的方法,结合调查问卷,分析目前初中英语课堂中话语权的现状,同时分析课堂中话轮转换的特点,结合问卷数据得到结论,即在未来的初中英语课堂中会话者应该掌握话轮转换策略:发起话轮、保持话轮和放弃话轮,注重培养学生的交际能力,提高学生的英语水平,从而提高英语教学的质量。
