《水安全：原则、视角和实践》（节选）英汉翻译报告

　　当今时代,不管科技如何发展,世界如何改变,水在人类生存、生活和生产中永远是不可缺少、也不可代替的物质。本翻译报告原文节选自《水安全:原则、论点和实践》（Water Security:Principle,Perspectives and Practices）一书的第三章“水安全悖论与国际法”（The Water Security Paradox and International Law）,本章探讨的水安全问题主要是由于缺乏足质足量的水资源,从而引发的诸多贫穷、健康状况不佳、儿童死亡率升高及各种冲突等发展问题,并对未来国际水法的发展趋势进行了分析,针对现有国际水法在理论和实践中面临的问题,提出了合乎实际的解决办法。该文本对水安全的讨论,可以帮助大家了解当今最新的水文化观点,对水文化的研究和发展起着重大作用。本翻译报告主要包括四个部分。第一部分对翻译任务进行了描述,包括翻译任务来源、翻译文本简述、翻译项目意义;第二部分描述了翻译过程,包括译前准备和译稿分析与修改;第三部分为译例分析,结合各种翻译方法和技巧详细说明了纽马克翻译理论中的交际翻译和语义翻译策略指导翻译实践;最后一部分是对此次翻译...
