高中英语教师身份认同个案研究

教师身份认同作为教师专业发展的重要组成部分越来越受到教育界的重视。2017颁布的《普通高中课程标准(2017年版)》对英语教学理念提出更全面的要求。英语教师必须全面的理解教学新观念,才能将其更好的运用到教学实践中去。高中处于基础教育和高等教育的过渡阶段,是学生中外文化知识和英语学习能力发展的重要阶段,英语教师的专业水平直接影响学生的学习质量。不同专业发展阶段的英语教师专业水平不同,面临的发展难题不同,英语教师身份认同能帮助教师加深对教师职业的理解,促进其专业成长。因此,探索不同专业发展阶段的高中英语教师身份认同及其影响因素是十分必要的。本研究以社会文化理论,批评话语分析理论和教师职业生涯周期理论为基础,采用定性研究,对三名高中英语教师进行了访谈及课堂观察,试图在理论框架内结合访谈来探究以下三个问题:1.三位高中英语教师身份认同状况如何?存在何种差异?2.影响三位高中英语教师身份认同的因素是什么?3.如何促进三位英语教师的身份认同?结合对访谈资料的分析,辅以课堂观察,本研究发现:三位高中英语教师的身份认同处于较高水平,在个别维度上存在差异。三位教师的职业身份认同水平较高,在专业身份认同、...
