《全球气候和经济委员会2018年度报告》（节选）英汉翻译实践报告

　　联合国发布的“全球气候和经济委员会2018年度报告”中指出,长期以来人们一直低估了清洁的、气候友好型增长模式带来的益处。译者选取该报告的第一章“能源”部分进行翻译,并撰写翻译实践报告,希冀更加广泛地传播新气候经济概念及清洁、友好的经济发展模式,同时增强大众能源节约、能源转型的意识。以奈达的功能对等理论为指导,本次翻译实践借助ABBYY、Trados等计算机辅助翻译工具完成。本报告由引言、任务描述、过程描述、案例分析和总结五个部分构成。其中,在引言部分,译者介绍了撰写该报告的背景及意义;在任务描述部分,译者介绍了原文本的主要内容及译文的目标读者;在过程描述部分,译者从译前准备、译中描述和译后质控三个方面进行了介绍。在案例分析部分,译者分别从词汇、句法、语篇三个层面对原文本中专有名词、名物化表达、被动句、长句、主位推进和照应的翻译进行了详细的分析,并讨论了直译与意译、省译、转译、回译、约定俗成、顺译、逆序法、综合法等翻译方法和翻译技巧。通过此次翻译实践及报告撰写,译者对新经济发展模式有了更加深入的了解,在一定程度上梳理了报告类文本翻译的主要问题并采取了适当的翻译方法。然而,鉴于新气候经济涉...
