生态翻译学视角下《十九大报告》的英译研究

　　随着中国经济实力和国际地位的迅速提升,对外宣传成为讲好中国故事、弘扬中国文化、增强中国影响力的重要手段。政治文献翻译作为世界了解中国的重要窗口肩负着对外宣传中国国情、发展动向、方针政策等使命。《十九大报告》作为一部具有全局性、战略性和前瞻性的行动纲领,不仅深刻总结十八大以来党和国家事业取得的伟大历史进程,也对未来五年的发展作出总体规划,内容涵盖了政治、经济、民生、国防及外交等各个领域。因此,客观准确的译文有利于促进中国文化“走出去”,也有助于外国读者理解中国的发展前景和施政方针。生态翻译学作为一种生态学途径的翻译研究,致力于对翻译生态整体和翻译理论本体进行描述和诠释。生态翻译学强调翻译是译者适应翻译生态环境而对文本进行移植的选择活动,在翻译过程中,译者将适应与选择集于一身,以“多维度适应与适应性选择”为原则制约着整个翻译过程,提倡从三维转换追求“整合适应选择度”最佳的译文。因此,生态翻译学的提出为翻译研究提供了新的视角和理论指导。本文选取《十九大报告》的汉译英文本作为研究语料,以生态翻译学为理论基础,探讨译者如何对翻译生态环境进行适应,以及采用何种翻译方法从语言维、文化维和交际维做出恰...
