服务合同汉英翻译报告

　　本报告旨在探讨一份《服务合同》的翻译。该合同由威沃信息服务有限公司和使用WEWORK服务的空间运营/服务商共同签订。服务合同属于规定性文本类型,其用词准确,结构严谨,格式规范。本报告选用该合同作为翻译文本,主要有以下两个原因:其一,合同本身就是商业,化工,金融等诸多行业常用的文本形式。因此,对法律翻译人员来说,合同翻译是一类重要的翻译类型,以便将来为各领域的跨国企业、律所、翻译公司、银行等单位提供高质量法律翻译服务。其二,该合同内容涉及共享办公空间领域,共享办公作为近年来的新兴领域逐渐为大家所熟知,这种灵活的办公空间不仅仅引导企业变革,还能激发知识共享,重新配置资产。所以对合同内容的研究本身也是对新兴领域的入门过程。本报告简要介绍了本次翻译实践背景,所选文本的语言和文本特点,以及选取该文本进行翻译的原因,并对整个翻译过程进行了描述,主要包括译前准备,翻译时间表的制定和译后质量管理三个阶段。此外,作者以目的论的三大原则为理论指导,从词汇、语气情态及句法结构三个层面着重讨论了在翻译过程中遇到的典型问题以及相应的解决办法,以期让读者对合同翻译有更深入的理解,同时希望为热衷于合同翻译的研究者和...
