法律口笔译异同对比-法律翻译岗位实习报告

　　法律翻译在中国经济文化发展方面扮演了非常重要的角色。如今,经济全球化的进程日益加快,在英语作为世界语言的大背景下,中国各行各业都会不同程度地参与国际交往,而来自世界各地的人不断加深与中国的合作。随着中经济实力的发展,对外经济贸易起到了中国要了支柱作用。其中,法律性质的翻译的重要性更是不言而喻。合格的法律翻译不仅能起到保护双方或多方的利益权利,促进中外经济政治贸易的交流,更是起到传播我国法治社会的国际形象的作用。本报告是笔者就自己数万字法律笔译及法律口译基础上梳理写就的翻译岗位实习报告,笔者实习岗位为法律翻译,既包括法律笔译,也包括法律口译。报告主要内容是笔者总结实习期间法律笔译的特点和法律口译的异同对比,法律翻译项目管理管理和质量控制;法律口译是基于笔者在广州进行的数次提审庭审法律口译实践活动。笔者进一步对实习期间法律笔译和法律口译进行反思,在此基础上形成本报告。报告整体分为五个部分:翻译岗位概述、翻译前期准备、翻译实施、翻译评估以及翻译实习总结。
