基于3T理论的初中英语语调教学实证研究

英语3T理论的框架由韩礼德提出,后经韦尔斯发展完善。他们从音系学角度描述英语语调,且提出了层次清晰的英语语调系统,由调群划分(Tonality),调核位置(Tonicity)以及声调(Tone)组成。本研究旨在发现结合英语3T语调理论的语调教学是否有别于传统单调的模仿教学,对初中教学有效。本次教学实验为期8周,包含为期6周的语调教学以及前后测。研究对象是50名初一年级的学生,分为实验组与对照组,且两组的前测成绩未发现显著性差异。实验班语调教学涉及英语3T语调理论的介绍以及应用方法。前后测的试卷内容分别由4个对话与1篇短文组成。评分参照学生的调群划分、调核位置、调型使用以及句重音。语调教学开始前,笔者已完成前测数据的初步分析,并根据前测显示出的语调问题有针对性地修改教学计划。语调教学的前四周用于理论讲解与语调特征辨析,后两周用于实际操练。教学材料选自七年级上学期上海版《牛津英语》与韦尔斯的《英语语调导论》。语调训练过后,笔者组织后测。在后测中实验组的分数高于对照组,且两者平均分有显著性差异。除了后测分数上的提高,实验组学生的语调模式也显示出一些改进。首先,实验组学生的平均语调长度超过对照...
