关于高中英语教师信念的调查研究

教师信念作为教师的精神状态和思想行为导向,对于促进教师的专业成长和提高教育教学质量都有着举足轻重的作用。虽然学术界尚未就教师信念的概念达成共识,随着课程改革的不断发展以及教师认知研究的不断发展,教师信念已经成为教育界的研究重点。在以往的研究中,虽有对教师信念的现状和影响因素的研究,但是很少聚焦高中英语教师,且研究范围较小。高中英语教师到底持有怎样的信念,影响教师信念的因素又有哪些,这些问题值得进一步研究和探讨。本研究以吕国光的观点为基础,把教师的信念分为学生管理信念、课程信念、评价信念和学生学习信念。同时,本研究根据外语教师的特点,增加了“教师英语语言信念”这一维度。本文采用定量研究与定性研究相结合的方法,通过对全国不同地区的教师进行抽样调查和访谈,对高中英语教师的教师信念进行了深入的调查研究。本研究在中国东北,华北,华东,华中,华南,西南和西北七个地理区域里分别选择一到两个省份,每个省份发放200份问卷,共发放1400份问卷,以便了解高中英语教师的教师信念发展的现状,并对其影响因素进行了分析。这些因素包括教师的性别、年龄、职称、文化程度、毕业院校、教龄以及任职学校的情况。此外,通过访...
