【摘要】：本文是管理类学术著作《中国企业:转型升级》第一、二章的翻译报告,该著作由中山大学管理学院企业管理系博导毛蕴诗教授撰写。该书选取了中国大陆、台湾多家成功实现企业转型升级的优秀企业作为案例,详细婆剖析了这些企业在转型升级方面的经验。翻译该本书的最终目的是将本书中的信息与内容准确、忠实地传递给目标读者,即新兴国家的企业家、经管类专业师生以及相关政府官员。本报告从词汇和句子结构的层面上对经管类学术文本的语言特征进行了分析,并基于上述特征,运用德国功能学派代表赖斯提出的信息文本特征与翻译方法来分析和指导本次翻译实践。本文发现,尽管经管类学术文本很难翻译,但通过不断的练习和积累,还是能够找到一些方法。首先,就经管类学术型文本翻译而言,译前准备对于译者来说十分重要,包括搜索和阅读相关的背景材料,平行文本和参考书目。只有在做好充足译前准备前提下,译者才能准确理解原文中想词、句以及学术观点。其次,译者应当提前建立术语表以确保术语翻译的准确性和在上下文中的一致性。
