商业公共空间声景观设计研究

【摘要】:商业公共空间声景观设计是声景观设计中重要的组成部分。由于声景观设计目前尚处于一个探索研究的阶段,而且多是在现有的空间环境基础上进行分析,使得声景观设计处于被动状态中,缺少了主动承担起改善噪声环境的作用。由于声景观设计不被广大建筑规划设计师了解,不能从建设初期对设计产生影响,所以基于建筑规划设计的声景观设计方法显得尤为重要。本文希望通过研究商业公共空间的声景观设计来开展对声景观设计原则的研究,使得声学研究可以融合在建筑规划设计中。本研究通过实地调研现有商业空间环境、测量声学物理指标、现场发放问卷的方式了解商业公共空间的现状,发现人们对于商业公共空间并不满意,,且声环境确实存在一些问题。通过用自相关函数(Auto-Correlation Function)和双耳自相关函数(Interaural Cross-correlation Function)来分析现场录音片段,以此研究听闻条件和主观反应之间关系,并提取影响主观噪声烦恼度的因子。根据研究发现,影响主观评价的因素有声场能量、音调感以及空间感,映射在商业公共空间中的建筑规划设计上为空间布局,建筑材料、环境颜色等。结合实验室评价以及计算机模拟等方式来找寻创造舒适商业公共空间的噪声烦恼度所需要的因素。根据研究发现舒适的空间比例、合适的空间尺度、选取有针对性吸声的建筑材料以及点缀在空间中的宣传广告颜色都能改善人们在商业公共空间中的噪声烦恼度,提高整体环境的舒适程度。为了使广大建筑规划设计师能够掌握声景观设计的要点,将声景观设计的要点结合商业公共空间设计的基本准则进行了整理,提供给设计师简单操作的声景观设计方法,在保证设计理念的同时可以为大众提供更加舒适的环境。本研究虽然只是在理论层面上进行思考,但使得声景观设计具有实际操作的可行性,希望本研究对于今后声景观设计深化和推广起到积极的作用。
[Abstract]:Commercial public space acoustic landscape design is an important part of sound landscape design. As the acoustic landscape design is still in a stage of exploration and research, and most of the analysis is based on the existing space environment, the acoustic landscape design is in a passive state, and it lacks the role of active responsibility to improve the noise environment. The sound landscape design is not understood by the majority of architectural planning designers, and can not have an impact on the design from the initial stage of construction, so the sound landscape design method based on architectural planning and design is particularly important. This paper hopes to study the principles of acoustic landscape design by studying the sound landscape design of commercial public space, so that the acoustic research can be integrated into the architectural planning and design. In this study, we investigate the existing commercial space environment, measure the acoustics physical index, and give out questionnaires to find out the present situation of commercial public space, and find that people are not satisfied with the commercial public space. And the sound environment does have some problems. Auto-Correlation function (Auto-Correlation function) and Interaural Cross-correlation function) were used to study the relationship between hearing condition and subjective response, and to extract the factors affecting subjective noise annoyance. According to the research, the factors influencing the subjective evaluation are sound field energy, tone feeling and spatial feeling. The architectural planning and design of commercial public space are spatial layout, building materials, environmental color and so on. Combined with laboratory evaluation and computer simulation to find the factors needed to create the noise annoyance of comfortable commercial public space. According to the research findings, comfortable space ratio, appropriate spatial scale, selection of targeted sound absorbing building materials and advertising colors dotted in the space can improve people's noise annoyance in the commercial public space. Improve the overall comfort of the environment. In order to make the architectural designers master the key points of the sound landscape design, the main points of the sound landscape design are combined with the basic principles of the commercial public space design to provide the designers with the simple operation of the sound landscape design method. At the same time to ensure the design concept to provide a more comfortable environment for the public. Although this study is only thinking on the theoretical level, it makes the sound landscape design feasible in practice. I hope this study will play a positive role in deepening and popularizing the sound landscape design in the future.
