兼具运输和展示功能的纸包装结构设计及应用实例

【摘要】: 传统的瓦楞纸箱主要用于运输包装,其结构要求能够保证纸箱具有良好的强度,合适的容量,内装物排列装配合理,与运输工具配套,用料省等。对于瓦楞纸箱的承载性能、压缩变形规律、力学模型、抗压强度计算公式等,国内外学者进行了大量的理论与试验研究。 随着运输条件的改善、集装箱应用的扩大、搬运方式的改变以及销售方式的变革,瓦楞纸箱正逐渐由运输包装向销售包装转化,市场对具有良好广告宣传功能的瓦楞纸箱的需求与日俱增。虽然对于传统的瓦楞纸箱,前人有较多研究,而对于展示性结构对于纸箱抗压强度影响的研究甚少。 鉴于此,本课题拟以兼具传统运输保护功能和可直接上货架、较好地展示内装物的纸包装结构为研究对象,探索其设计理论及方法。从标准箱型中具有展示功能的纸箱、托盘开始入手研究,分析其结构功能,并通过试验研究其力学性能。其次,经市场研究得展示性纸箱中经常在箱体和箱盖上用到间隙切割压痕线、预折线和开窗结构,因此研究这些典型展示性结构对于瓦楞纸箱的抗压强度的影响。 结合市场需求,分析兼具运输和展示功能的纸包装结构的预期效果,然后对其设计的基本原则、功能要求和发展趋势进行分析探讨。进而在这些设计原则指导下,进行各种各样的兼具运输和展示功能的纸包装结构的设计,并阐述其结构特征和用途。最后,选取典型产品进行具体的包装结构设计。 本课题紧扣市场需求,对未来纸包装的发展趋势做出分析并给出对策,有较高的实用价值,对纸箱企业、各公司包装部门均有较高的参考价值及指导意义。
[Abstract]:The traditional corrugated cartons are mainly used for transportation packaging. The structure of corrugated cartons can guarantee the cartons with good strength, proper capacity, reasonable arrangement and assembly of contents, matching with transportation tools, saving of materials and so on. A large number of theoretical and experimental studies have been carried out on the bearing capacity, compression deformation, mechanical model and calculation formula of compressive strength of corrugated box. With the improvement of transportation conditions, the expansion of container application, the change of handling mode and the change of sales mode, corrugated paper boxes are gradually changing from transport packaging to sales packaging. The market has good advertising function corrugated box demand is increasing. Although there are many researches on the traditional corrugated box, there is little research on the influence of the display structure on the compressive strength of the box. In view of this, the paper packaging structure with traditional transportation protection function and can be put on the shelf directly is proposed as the research object, and the design theory and method are explored. The paper begins with the study of the carton with display function in the standard box type, analyzes its structure and function, and studies its mechanical properties through experiments. Secondly, through market research, it is found that gap cutting indentation lines, pre-folded lines and windowed structures are often used in display cartons, so the influence of these typical display structures on the compressive strength of corrugated cartons is studied. Combined with market demand, this paper analyzes the expected effect of paper packaging structure with both transportation and display functions, and then analyzes the basic design principles, functional requirements and development trend of paper packaging structure. Furthermore, under the guidance of these design principles, various paper packaging structures with transport and display functions are designed, and their structural characteristics and uses are expounded. Finally, the typical products are selected for the specific packaging structure design. According to the market demand, this paper analyzes the development trend of paper packaging in the future and puts forward some countermeasures. It has higher practical value and higher reference value and guiding significance for carton enterprises and packaging departments of various companies.
