面子理论下《平凡的世界》中语内语用失误的时代性

【摘要】：语用失误是一个重要语言现象,是影响在人际交往的一个重要因素。语用失误由来已久,它普遍存在于各种语言文化背景之下的言语交际活动中。语用失误这一语言现象受到国内外学者的极大关注,特别是中国学者对语用失误的研究更是热衷非凡。诚然,言语交际中的语用失误常常引起交际双方的误解,有的语用失误不伤大雅,有的破坏性极大,有的后果不堪设想;这也是学者们对语用失误研究的意义与价值之所在。但在国外的相关研究中标题里含有“语用失误”的案例并不多见,而且据我们研究发现无论在国内还是在国外,语内语用失误进行专题研究甚少。本研究尝试从面子理论视角下对语用失误进行研究,一方面从理论上丰富了语内语用失误的研究角度,同时力图加深人们对语用失误产生原因的理解,为人们避免语用失误,进行更有效的交际提供参考。本文章的目标是回答三个问题:(1)《平凡的世界》中语内语用失误在十九世纪七十年代与八十年代有何时代性?(2)《平凡的世界》中语内语用失误时代性差异有哪些?(3)从面子理论出发有哪些避免语内语用失误的策略?首先通过从面子理论分析语用失误,本文首先发现《平凡的世界》中的语用失误可以分为三类:婚姻及家庭中的语用失误、社会关系中的语用失误,以及政治关系中的语用失误。第二,《平凡的世界》中七十年代语内语用失误的特征包括:婚姻家庭关系中忽略父亲的高地位、忽略家庭对批斗会的憎恶,忽略交际方关心食物;社会关系中,忽略社会反资本主义,交际方缺少委婉语,社会反男性家务;政治关系中:忽略官员高地位。第三,《平凡的世界》中八十年代语内语用失误的特征包括:婚姻家庭关系中忽略儿子攀升的地位、忽略家庭对就分家的憎恶,忽略交际方关心身体健康;社会关系中,忽略社会反腐败,交际方开始使用委婉语,社会反无能官员;政治关系中:忽略丈夫在一胎政策的崇高地位。第四,语内语用失误的原因在婚姻与家庭关系的变化、社会关系的变化以及政治关系的变化。第五,交际双方可以使用两种策略避免语内语用失误,给交际对方积极面子;通过给交际对方面子而获得自我面子。本文分析了《平凡的世界》语用失误出现的原因,并提出了一些减少语用失误的有效措施。本文试图加深人们对语用失误产生原因的理解,为人们避免语用失误,进行更有效的交际提供参考。
[Abstract]:Pragmatic failure is an important linguistic phenomenon and an important factor affecting interpersonal communication. Pragmatic failure has a long history, it generally exists in the language communication activities under various linguistic and cultural backgrounds. The phenomenon of pragmatic failure has attracted great attention from scholars both at home and abroad, especially on the study of pragmatic failure by Chinese scholars. It is true that pragmatic failure in verbal communication often leads to misunderstanding between the two sides. Some pragmatic failures do not hurt the elegance, some are destructive, and some consequences are unthinkable. This is also the significance and value of the study of pragmatic failure by scholars. However, there are few cases of "pragmatic failure" in the title of relevant studies abroad, and we find that there are few monographic studies on intra-lingual pragmatic failure both at home and abroad. This study attempts to study pragmatic failure from the perspective of face theory. On the one hand, it enriches the perspective of intra-linguistic pragmatic failure, and at the same time tries to deepen people's understanding of the causes of pragmatic failure and to avoid pragmatic failure. Make more effective communication to provide reference. The purpose of this thesis is to answer three questions: (1) what is the epoch of interlingual pragmatic failure in the 1970s and 1980s? (2) what are the differences in the epochal nature of the intra-lingual pragmatic failure in the "ordinary World"? What are the strategies to avoid pragmatic failure in face theory? First of all, by analyzing pragmatic failure from face theory, this paper first finds that pragmatic failure in the ordinary World can be divided into three categories: pragmatic failure in marriage and family, pragmatic failure in social relations. And pragmatic failure in political relations. Secondly, the characteristics of intra-linguistic pragmatic failure in the 1970s include: neglecting the father's high status in marriage and family relations, neglecting the family's hatred of criticism, neglecting communicative parties' concern for food, and social relations. Neglect of social anti-capitalism, lack of euphemism, social anti-male housework; political relations: neglect of high status of officials. Thirdly, the characteristics of intra-linguistic pragmatic failure in the 1980s include: neglecting the rising status of sons in marriage and family relations, neglecting family hatred of separation, neglecting the concern of communicative parties for physical health, and social relations. Ignoring social anti-corruption, communicative parties begin to use euphemism, social anti-incompetent officials; political relations: neglecting the high status of husband in one-child policy. Fourthly, the causes of pragmatic failure are the change of marriage and family relationship, the change of social relationship and the change of political relationship. Fifth, communicative parties can use two strategies to avoid pragmatic failure, to give positive face to the communicator, and to gain self-face by giving face to each other. This paper analyzes the causes of pragmatic failure and puts forward some effective measures to reduce pragmatic failure. This paper attempts to deepen people's understanding of the causes of pragmatic failure and provide a reference for people to avoid pragmatic failures and make more effective communication.
