【摘要】:目的: 了解邵阳地区结核病(Tuberculosis,TB)患者感染乙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis B virus,HBV)、丙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis C virus,HCV)、人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human Immunodeficiency Virus,HIV)和梅毒螺旋体(TreponemaPallidun,TP)的状况及特征,为本地区TB的控制和治疗方案的制定提供实验依据。 方法: 收集2009年1月~2012年12月邵阳地区2947例TB患者血清,用酶联免疫吸附试验(Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)和乳胶层析法检测HBV“两对半”;ELISA法初筛检测HCV抗体,再用RFQ-PCR法进行确证;ELISA和胶体金法检测HIV抗体进行初筛,用Western blot确证。收集2009年1月~2013年12月邵阳地区3545例TB患者血清,用ELISA初筛后再用梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验(Treponema pallidum particle agglutination,TPPA)检测TP特异性抗体。同时收集患者临床资料行流行病学调查,分析其感染模式。 结果: 1.2947例TB患者中共检出感染者573例,其中HBV、HCV和HIV感染者分别为535(18.15%)、69(2.34%)和3例(1.02%);检出HBV&HCV、HBV&HIV、HBV&HIV&HCV三种合并感染模式。 2.3545例TB患者中共检出TP抗体阳性患者106例(2.99%),,检出TP&HBV、TP&HCV、TP&HBV&HIV三种合并感染模式。 3.不同性别、年龄、职业TB患者HBV、HCV、HIV、TP感染率有显著性差异。21~50岁的TB患者合并HBV和TP感染率最高;41~60岁男性自由(不详)职业TB患者者更易合并HCV感染。2009~2013年,TP感染率总体呈逐年上升趋势。 结论: 1.邵阳地区TB患者易合并HBV感染,并有HIV感染和流行风险。 2.邵阳地区21~50岁的TB患者易合并HBV和TP感染;41~60岁男性自由职业TB患者更易合并HCV感染。
[Abstract]:Objective: To understand the status and characteristics of hepatitis B virus (HBV), hepatitis C virus (hepatitis C virus), human immunodeficiency virus (Immunodeficiency) and Treponema pallidunus (Treponema pallidunus) in patients with tuberculosis (TB) in Shaoyang area, To provide experimental basis for TB control and treatment in this area. Methods: From January 2009 to December 2012, serum samples of 2947 TB patients in Shaoyang area were collected. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assayer Elisa (Elisa) and latex chromatography were used to detect HCV antibody in the sera of 2947 TB patients in Shaoyang area from January 2009 to December 2012. Then RFQ-PCR Elisa and colloidal gold assay were used to detect HIV antibody. Western blot was used to identify the antibody. The serum samples of 3545 TB patients in Shaoyang from January 2009 to December 2013 were collected. The TP specific antibody was detected by Treponema pallidum particle agglutination test (Treponema pallidum particle agglutination) after primary screening with ELISA. At the same time, the clinical data were collected and epidemiological investigation was carried out to analyze the infection pattern. Results: A total of 573 cases were detected in 1.2947 patients with TB, including 535 / 18.15535 / 18.15C / C / 69 / 2 / 34 and 3 / 1.02 / 2, respectively, and three co-infection modes of HBV and HCV and HIV / HCV were detected. A total of 2.3545 TB patients were found to have TP antibody positive, and three co-infection modes of TP & HBV / TP and HBV / HBV / HIV were detected. 3. Different sex, age, There was significant difference in the infection rate of HIV / HBV in occupational TB patients. The highest rate of HBV infection was found in the TB patients aged 21 ~ 50 years and the highest rate of TP infection was found in males aged 41 ~ 60 years. The rate of TP infection was increased year by year in the patients with occupational TB patients who were more likely to be associated with HCV infection. From 2009 to 2013, the TP infection rate increased year by year. Conclusion: 1. TB patients in Shaoyang area are prone to HBV infection and risk of HIV infection and epidemic. 2. TB patients aged 21 ~ 50 years in Shaoyang area were more likely to be associated with HBV and TP infection. Male freelance TB patients aged 60 years old were more likely to be associated with HCV infection.
