微电影模式对某高校大一学生艾滋病健康教育效果分析

【摘要】:目的了解艾滋病健康教育微电影模式在某高校新生中的效果,为高校开展艾滋病健康教育提供有效的思路和方法。方法自行设计和制作有关大学生艾滋病健康教育的微电影;以西安交通大学2015年秋季入学的全体本科新生为研究对象,随机分为微电影模式组(1 876人)和常规模式组(1 601人)进行健康教育,并通过问卷调查比较2组学生艾滋病健康教育效果。结果大学新生在艾滋病健康教育后,微电影组较常规组的各项艾滋病相关知识知晓率明显增高,态度明显改善,两组间绝大多数项目的差异均有统计学意义(P值均0.05)。其中"男男性行为是感染艾滋病的高危行为""蚊虫叮咬不会传播艾滋病""知晓艾滋病的自愿检测机构""同性恋不是心理或精神上的病态"等项目知晓率比常规组分别提高了7.9,6.9,5.4,4.9百分点;"艾滋病患者有权保护隐私""希望接受多种形式的艾滋病、性病、生殖健康知识""对同性恋应当理解和包容"的态度持有率提高了7.7,5.5和4.5百分点,而"艾滋病离我们很遥远"的态度持有率降低了4.7百分点。结论以微电影为切入点进行高校艾滋病健康教育,可增强学生学习的兴趣,加深防治艾滋病宣传教育,提高学生对健康教育内容的理解,弥补单纯言语教学的不足。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the effect of the microfilm model of AIDS health education in the freshmen of a university, and to provide effective ideas and methods for the development of AIDS health education in colleges and universities. Methods A microfilm about AIDS health education of college students was designed and made by ourselves, and all the freshmen enrolled in Xi'an Jiaotong University in autumn 2015 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into microfilm model group (1 876) and routine model group (1 601) to carry out health education, and to compare the effect of AIDS health education in two groups by questionnaire. Results after AIDS health education, the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge and attitude of the microfilm group were significantly higher than those of the normal group, and the difference of most items between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Among them, "male sex is a high-risk behavior of HIV infection," mosquito bites do not spread AIDS, "awareness of HIV / AIDS voluntary testing agencies" homosexuality is not psychologically or psychologically ill, "and other items known rate is higher than the conventional group. The percentage increase of 7.9% to 6.9% or 5.440%; "people with AIDS have the right to protect their privacy" and "hope to accept various forms of AIDS," STDs, reproductive health knowledge, "understanding and embracing homosexuality" increased by 7.75.5 and 4.5 percent, while "AIDS is far from us" decreased by 4.7 percent. Conclusion taking micro-film as the starting point, AIDS health education in colleges and universities can enhance students' interest in learning, deepen AIDS prevention and control education, improve students' understanding of the contents of health education, and make up for the deficiency of pure speech teaching.
