双黄升白颗粒在慢性丙型病毒性肝炎抗病毒治疗中升白细胞作用的临床研究

【摘要】：目的探讨双黄升白颗粒预防性治疗慢性丙型病毒性肝炎干扰素抗病毒治疗所致白细胞计数减少的临床疗效。方法选取2011年6月—2013年6月河南省中医院收治的慢性丙型病毒性肝炎患者62例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组32例,对照组30例,分别于干扰素治疗开始同时服用双黄升白颗粒(15 g/次,3次/d)和利血生(20mg/次,3次/d),然后检测每组患者治疗前,治疗后2、4、8周外周血白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数及骨髓抑制情况。结果两组治疗前后白细胞计数和中性粒细胞计数比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗方法与治疗时间存在交互作用(P0.05);组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);时间间比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组22例(73.3%)患者发生骨髓抑制,其中轻度14例、中度6例、重度2例;治疗组12例(37.5%)患者发生骨髓抑制,其中轻度9例、中度2例、重度1例。对照组骨髓抑制发生率高于治疗组(χ2=10.980,P=0.011)。结论双黄升白颗粒预防性用药对于治疗干扰素所致白细胞计数减少较利血生效果好,同时所致骨髓抑制发生率更低,双黄升白颗粒是一种安全有效的预防干扰素所致白细胞计数减少的有效药物。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Shuanghuangshengbai granule (Shuanghuangshengbai granule) on leukopenia induced by anti-viral therapy of interferon in chronic hepatitis C. Methods from June 2011 to June 2013, 62 patients with chronic hepatitis C were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 32) and control group (n = 30). Shuanghuangshengbai granules (15 g / time, 3 times / d) and 20mg/ (3 times / d),) were taken simultaneously at the beginning of interferon therapy. The peripheral blood leukocyte count, neutrophil count and bone marrow suppression were measured before and 2 weeks after treatment in each group. Results there were significant differences in leukocyte count and neutrophil count between the two groups before and after treatment (P0.05); there was interaction between the treatment methods and the treatment time (P0.05); the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05); there was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05); The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Bone marrow suppression occurred in 22 patients (73.3%) in the control group, including 14 mild cases, 6 moderate cases and 2 severe cases, while in the treatment group 12 cases (37.5%) developed bone marrow suppression, including 9 mild cases, 2 moderate cases and 1 severe case. The incidence of bone marrow suppression in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group (蠂 ~ 2 = 10.980). Conclusion Shuanghuangshenbai granule has a better effect on the reduction of leukocyte count induced by interferon than that on hematogenesis, and the incidence of bone marrow suppression is lower. Shuanghuangshengbai granule is a safe and effective drug to prevent interferon-induced leukopenia.
