无锡市HIV感染者及艾滋病患者SCL-90评定结果分析

【摘要】：目的:利用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评价无锡市HIV感染者及艾滋病患者的心理健康状况,为进一步提高随访工作质量提供科学依据。方法:2015年8月至10月采用方便抽样纳入符合标准的调查对象,由负责精神卫生的工作人员对调查对象进行问卷调查,内容包括人口学特征和SCL-90量表。结果:无锡市HIV感染者及艾滋病患者SCL-90量表的9个因子均分均显著高于全国常模。年龄30岁的调查对象SCL-90中焦虑、敌对、恐怖和偏执因子的均分高于其他年龄组。不同婚姻状况、不同文化程度的HIV感染者及艾滋病患者SCL-90 9个因子得分的差异无统计学意义。结论:无锡市HIV感染者及艾滋病患者的心理健康水平显著低于普通人群,需要及时予以心理疏导和必要的社会支持;低年龄的HIV感染者及艾滋病患者需要重点关注。
[Abstract]:Aim: to evaluate the mental health status of HIV-infected patients and AIDS patients in Wuxi by symptom Checklist (SCL-90), so as to provide scientific basis for further improving the quality of follow-up work. Methods: from August to October 2015, convenience sampling was used to include the subjects in accordance with the standard. The subjects were surveyed by mental health workers, including demographic characteristics and SCL- 90 scale. Results: the average scores of 9 factors in SCL- 90 scale of HIV-infected persons and AIDS patients in Wuxi were significantly higher than that of national norm. The average scores of anxiety, hostility, phobia and paranoid ideation in 30-year-old SCL-90 were higher than those in other age groups. There was no significant difference in the scores of 9 factors of SCL-90 among different marital status, different educational level of HIV-infected persons and AIDS patients. Conclusion: the mental health level of HIV-infected persons and AIDS patients in Wuxi city is significantly lower than that of the general population, which requires timely psychological guidance and necessary social support, while the low-age HIV-infected persons and AIDS patients need to pay more attention to them.
