【摘要】：正近年来,螺旋CT在各类颈部疾病的检查及定性诊断中得到了广泛应用。为提高对老年颈部淋巴结结核螺旋CT诊断的认识,明确其发病情况及肿块分型的判断,笔者对45例颈部淋巴结结核老年患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析,现报道如下。1对象与方法1.1对象选取本院2008年9月至2014年9月确诊的45例颈部淋巴结结核老年患者,男26例,女19例,年龄65~81岁。并发肺结核者19例(42.2%),其
