不同抗菌肽制剂对肉仔鸡营养调控和肠道微生物、免疫功能的影响

【摘要】:本试验采用单因素完全随机实验设计。选用1日龄健康AA肉鸡660只,设2个对照组,3个试验组,每个试验组设3个水平,共11个处理组。以不同天蚕素类抗菌肽制剂为试验材料,在AA肉仔鸡日粮中添加三种抗菌肽制剂,,研究其对1~6周龄AA肉仔鸡生产性能、屠宰性能以及营养物质代谢率的影响,并通过对AA肉仔鸡的血清生化指标、肠道微生物、免疫及抗氧化指标的测定,探讨三种抗菌肽制剂的生物活性和作用机制,进而筛选出适用于养殖场的抗菌肽制剂和探索出这三种抗菌肽制剂的最佳使用剂量。 研究结果表明: 1在日粮中添加不同抗菌肽制剂(A、B、C)均能够改善AA肉鸡的生长性能,均显著提高了1~3、4~6和1~6周等阶段的日增重(P0.05),并显著降低料重比(P 0.05),显著提高屠宰性能并降低腹脂率(P 0.05)。 2与空白对照组相比,在日粮中添加不同抗菌肽制剂(A、B、C)能够提高总蛋白和白蛋白的浓度,降低血清谷丙转氨酶的浓度(P0.05),显著降低血清尿素氮浓度(P0.05)。 3与空白对照组相比,在日粮中添加不同抗菌肽制剂(A、B、C)均能显著提高肠道双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌的数量(P 0.05),显著降低大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的数量(P 0.05),以桑蚕抗菌肽制剂A组最优,添加量为250mg/kg的抗菌肽A组效果最显著。 4与空白对照组相比,在日粮中添加不同抗菌肽制剂(A、B、C)均有提高AA肉鸡免疫器官指数和血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA的含量的趋势(P 0.05),添加量为250mg/kg的杂合抗菌肽制剂C组效果最显著。 5与空白对照组相比,在日粮中添加不同抗菌肽制剂(A、B、C)可不同程度地降低血清MDA含量,提高血清中CAT的浓度及提高T-AOC,以添加500mg不同抗菌肽制剂(A、B、C)的抗氧化效果最为显著(P 0.05)。 6综合以上结果,要想达到较全面的应用效果,建议三种抗菌肽在肉仔鸡日粮中的适宜添加剂量均为250mg/kg。
[Abstract]:In this experiment, a single factor complete random experiment design was used. 660 healthy AA broilers of one day old were divided into 2 control groups and 3 experimental groups, each with 3 levels. In 11 treatment groups, three antimicrobial peptides were added to the diet of AA broilers with different antibacterials as experimental materials to study their performance on 1-6 week-old AA broilers. The effects of slaughter performance and metabolic rate of nutrients on serum biochemical index, intestinal microorganism, immune and antioxidant index of AA broiler were measured. The biological activity and action mechanism of three antimicrobial peptide preparations were discussed, and then the antimicrobial peptide preparations suitable for breeding farm were screened and the optimum dosage of the three antimicrobial peptide preparations was explored. The results show that: 1addition of different antimicrobial peptides to the diet could improve the growth performance of AA broilers, and significantly increased the daily gain (P0.05) of AA broilers. The ratio of feed to weight was decreased significantly (P 0.05), the slaughtering performance was improved significantly and the percentage of abdominal fat was decreased significantly (P 0.05). 2Compared with the blank control group, the concentration of total protein and albumin was increased and the concentration of serum alanine aminotransferase was decreased (P0.05). The serum urea nitrogen concentration was decreased significantly (P 0.05). 3Compared with the blank control group, the addition of different antimicrobial peptides to the diet could significantly increase the number of bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the intestine (P 0.05). The amount of Escherichia coli and Salmonella was significantly decreased (P 0.05). The best effect was in group A of silkworm antimicrobial peptide, and the effect of addition of 250 mg / kg of antimicrobial peptide A was the most significant. 4Compared with the blank control group, the addition of different antimicrobial peptides to the diet increased the immune organ index and serum immunoglobulin IgG of AA broilers. The trend of IgA content was as follows: P 0.05, and the effect of C group was the most significant when the amount of hybrid antibacterial peptide was 250 mg / kg. 5Compared with the blank control group, adding different antimicrobial peptides to the diet could decrease the serum MDA content, increase the concentration of CAT and increase T-AOC. The antioxidation effect of different antimicrobial peptide (500 mg) was the most significant (P 0.05). 6 in order to achieve a more comprehensive application effect, it was suggested that the appropriate additive amount of three antimicrobial peptides in broiler diet should be 250 mg / kg.
