【摘要】：正霸王岭山鸡也称为茶花鸡,是家鸡的始祖,是海南岛霸王岭独有的品种。由霸王岭野生红色山鸡经长期驯化培育而成,因其产于霸王岭故名"霸王岭山鸡"。霸王岭山鸡具有抗病力强、适应性广、饲养粗放、采食量少、成活率高等优点,是国内不可多得的原始鸡种,非常适合我国南方地区饲养。霸王岭山鸡体型小巧,肉肥而不腻,不仅具有精肉多、脂肪少、肉嫩、多汁、口味新鲜等特点,而且含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸、微量元素等有益于人体健康的营养成分,是集营
[Abstract]:Zhengbawangling pheasant, also known as camellia chicken, is the ancestor of domestic chickens, is a unique species of Bawangling, Hainan Island. Bawangling Mountain Chicken is known as "Bawangling Mountain Chicken" because of its strong disease resistance, wide adaptability, extensive feeding, low feed intake, high survival rate and so on. It is a rare original chicken breed in China. It is very suitable for raising in southern China. Bawangling Mountain Chicken is small in size, fat in meat and not greasy in meat. It is not only rich in fine meat, less fat, tender meat, juicy and fresh taste, but also rich in protein and amino acids. Trace elements and other nutrients are beneficial to human health.
