牛至油对成年蛋鸡生产性能和免疫功能的影响

【摘要】:本试验旨在研究不同的牛至油添加水平对蛋鸡生产性能及免疫功能的影响。 选取30周龄海兰灰商品蛋鸡300只,随机分为5组(每组6个重复,每个重复10只):对照组饲喂基础饲料,试验A、B和C组饲喂分别添加50、100和150mg/kg牛至油的试验饲料,抗生素组饲喂添加100mg/kg硫酸抗敌素的试验饲料,预试期7天,试验期60天。 结果表明:1)整个试验期各组间蛋鸡日采食量无显著差异(P0.05),试验A和B组蛋鸡产蛋率显著高于对照组(P0.05),料蛋比显著降低(P0.05),试验A和B组平均蛋重显著高于抗生素组(P0.05)。2)试验A组血液中WBC、LYM有增高的趋势(P0.05);试验A、B和C组蛋鸡血清中免疫球蛋白IgG含量比对照组有显著提高(P0.05);试验A组蛋鸡血清中的IgA、IgM、补体C3和C4均有增高的趋势(P0.05)。在试验第30和60天,试验A组蛋鸡血清新城疫抗体滴度显著高于对照组与抗生素组(P0.05)。3)牛至油对蛋鸡脾脏指数无显著性影响(P0.05);试验A组蛋鸡脾脏中的CD4+%含量比对照组有所提高(P0.05),CD8+%显著低于对照组(P0.05),而CD4+/CD8+显著升高(P0.05)。试验A组脾脏中IL-2mRNA的表达量显著高于对照组与抗生素组,试验A和B组的IL-4mRNA的表达量显著高于抗生素组(P0.05),试验A组脾脏中IFN-γ与IL-10mRNA表达量与对照组相比呈显著下调(P0.05),但表达量高于试验B、C组和抗生素组。 综上所述,饲料中添加牛至油能提高蛋鸡的生产性能,改善免疫功能,以50mg/kg牛至油为最适添加量。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of different levels of oregano oil on the performance and immune function of laying hens. Three hundred 30 week-old Hailan grey commercial layers were randomly divided into 5 groups (6 replicates in each group and 10 in each replica): the control group was fed with basic feed, and the experimental group A B and C were fed with 50 respectively. The experimental feed of 100 mg / kg oregano oil and antibiotic group were fed with 100 mg / kg antitrichlorfon sulfate for 7 days and 60 days. The results showed that there was no significant difference in daily feed intake among the three groups during the whole trial period, and the laying rate of groups A and B was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). The average egg weight of test group A and B was significantly higher than that of antibiotic group. LYM showed a tendency to increase (P 0.05); Compared with the control group, the content of immunoglobulin IgG in the serum of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group. In group A, IgA, C _ 3 and C _ 4 in the serum of laying hens had a tendency to increase (P0.05). On the 30th and 60th day of the experiment, the levels of IgA, C3 and C4 in the serum of the control group were all increased. The titer of Newcastle disease antibody in group A was significantly higher than that in control group and antibiotic group (P0.05. 3) the spleen index of laying hens was not significantly affected by oregano oil. The content of CD4% in the spleen of group A was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05% and CD8% respectively), which was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). The expression of IL-2mRNA in the spleen of group A was significantly higher than that of control group and antibiotic group. The expression of IL-4mRNA in group A and B was significantly higher than that in group A and B (P 0.05). Compared with the control group, the expression of IFN- 纬 and IL-10mRNA in the spleen of group A was significantly lower than that of the control group, but the expression of IFN- 纬 and IL-10mRNA in the spleen of group A was higher than that of group C and antibiotic. To sum up, adding oregano oil into the feed can improve the performance of laying hens and improve the immune function. The optimum addition amount is 50 mg / kg oregano oil.
