甲烷抑制剂对绵羊瘤胃发酵及营养物质代谢的影响

【摘要】:为探究甲烷抑制剂对绵羊瘤胃发酵及营养物质代谢的影响,本试验首先选取6只体况良好,体重相近(28±1.0kg)绵羯羊,安装永久性瘤胃瘘管,作为瘤胃液供体羊进行不同甲烷抑制剂添加剂量的体外筛选试验。在此基础上选取16只体况良好、体重相近、安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的绵羊进行代谢试验,探究甲烷抑制剂对绵羊瘤胃发酵及营养物质代谢的影响。本试验共分两个部分。第一部分,选择6只体况良好、体重相近(28±1.0kg)、安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的绵羯羊作为瘤胃液供体羊。选取三种甲烷抑制剂且每种抑制剂有三个水平,分别为每千克饲料中添加延胡索酸(30mg、40mg、50mg)、大蒜素100mg、300mg、500mg)、蒽醌(10 mg、20 mg、100mg),分别在体外培养3、6、9、12和24h,测定体外发酵指标,并筛选出每种甲烷抑制剂的一个最佳添加水平。第二部分,采取随机区组试验设计,选择16只安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的绵羊,随机分为4组,每组4只,其中一组为对照组饲喂基础日粮,其余三个试验组分别在基础日粮中添加40mg延胡索酸、300mg大蒜素和20mg蒽醌。预饲期为2周,正试期3天,测定绵羊瘤胃液pH、氨态氮、BCP、VFA等发酵指标及甲烷浓度和绵羊对营养物质代谢指标的影响。研究结果如下:(1)饲料中添加不同剂量延胡索酸、蒽醌、大蒜素对体外发酵pH值无显著影响(p0.05);饲料中分别添加延胡索酸40mg、大蒜素300mg和蒽醌20mg,显著提高了体外培养液中BCP(p0.05)、氨态氮(p0.05)和丙酸(p0.05)浓度,显著降低了乙酸浓度(p0.05)和乙酸/丙酸(p0.05);显著提高了12h和24h的总产气量(p0.05),并对甲烷产量具有显著的抑制作用(p0.05)。(2)分别在每千克基础日粮中添加40mg延胡索酸、300mg大蒜素和20mg蒽醌三种不同甲烷抑制剂,与对照组相比,对绵羊瘤胃内饲喂后9h内的pH值没有显著影响(p0.05),12h时大蒜素组显著提高了pH值(p0.05);3个试验组显著降低了6h后瘤胃内氨态氮浓度(p0.05),并显著提高了9h后的瘤胃BCP浓度,其中以大蒜素组最高;有降低乙酸、乙酸/丙酸比及提高丙酸和总VFA的趋势(p0.05)。对瘤胃内甲烷产量有显著影响(p0.05),添加大蒜素和蒽醌6h后甲烷浓度分别比对照组降低38.28%和37.61%。(3)与对照组相比日粮中添加蒽醌和大蒜素显著提高了能量代谢率(p0.05),其中以大蒜素组最高;显著提高了DM、OM、CP、NDF、ADF、Ca和P的表观消化率(p0.05),其中以大蒜素组最高;日粮中添加大蒜素显著提高了干物质采食量和可消化氮量(p0.05)。本试验表明,绵羊日粮中添加300mg大蒜素有利于促进瘤胃发酵,降低甲烷产量和提高营养物质代谢率的作用。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of methane inhibitor on rumen fermentation and nutrient metabolism of sheep, this experiment first selected 6 good body conditions and similar body weight (28 + 1.0kg) of sheep. The permanent rumen fistula was installed as the donor sheep of the tumor gastric juice in vitro screening test with different dosage of methane inhibitor. On this basis, 16 bodies were selected. The effects of methane inhibitor on rumen fermentation and nutrient metabolism of sheep were investigated with similar weight, and the effects of methane inhibitors on rumen fermentation and nutrient metabolism were investigated. The test was divided into two parts. The first part, the selection of 6 bodies was good, and the body weight was similar (28 + 1.0kg). The selection of permanent rumen fistula was selected as the donor sheep of the tumor gastric juice. Three kinds of methane inhibitors and three levels of each inhibitor were added to each kilogram of 30mg, 40mg, 50mg, allicin 100mg, 300mg, 500mg), anthraquinone (10 mg, 20 mg, 100mg) in vitro culture 3,6,9,12 and 24h, and the optimum addition level of each type of methane inhibitor was screened, and the optimum addition level of each methane inhibitor was screened. Second 16 sheep with permanent rumen fistula were selected and divided into 4 groups randomly, with 4 rats in each group. One group was fed with basal diet, and the other three groups added 40mg Corydalis, 300mg allicin and 20mg anthraquinone in the basal diet. The pre feeding period was 2 weeks, and the sheep tumor was measured for 3 days. The sheep tumor was measured. The effects of pH, ammonia nitrogen, BCP, VFA and the concentration of methane and sheep on the metabolic indices of nutrients were observed. The results were as follows: (1) the addition of different doses of corydal acid, anthraquinone and Allicin had no significant effect on the pH value in vitro (P0.05). The dietary supplemented tetrahydropalmatic acid 40mg, allicin 300mg and anthraquinone 20mg, respectively. The concentration of BCP (P0.05), ammonia nitrogen (P0.05) and propionic acid (P0.05) in the extracorporeal culture significantly reduced the concentration of acetic acid (P0.05) and acetic acid / propionic acid (P0.05), significantly increased the total gas production (P0.05) of 12h and 24h (P0.05), and had a significant inhibitory effect on methane production (P0.05). (2) the 40mg fumaric acid was added to the basal diet of each kilogram, and 300mg was larger. The three different methane inhibitors of allicin and 20mg anthraquinone had no significant effect on the pH value in 9h after rumen feeding in the sheep (P0.05), and the allicin group significantly increased the pH value (P0.05) at 12h, and the 3 experimental groups significantly reduced the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the rumen after 6h (P0.05), and significantly increased the BCP concentration of the rumen after 9h. The trend of reducing acetic acid, acetic acid / propionic acid ratio and increasing propionic acid and total VFA (P0.05) had a significant effect on the methane production in the rumen (P0.05). The methane concentration of allicin and anthraquinone 6h was reduced by 38.28% and 37.61%. (3), respectively, compared with the control group, and the energy metabolism was significantly increased with the addition of anthraquinone and Allicin in the diet. Rate (P0.05), which was the highest in allicin group, significantly increased the apparent digestibility (P0.05) of DM, OM, CP, NDF, ADF, Ca and P, which was the highest in the allicin group; the addition of allicin in the diet significantly increased the intake of dry matter and the amount of digestible nitrogen (P0.05). The experiment showed that the addition of 300mg allicin in the diet of sheep was beneficial to the rumen fermentation. The role of methane production and nutrient metabolic rate increase.
