饲料加工工艺和抗氧化剂添加对蛋雏鸡生长性能及抗氧化指标的影响

【摘要】:试验旨在研究饲料加工方法和日粮中添加乙氧喹抗氧化剂对海兰褐蛋雏鸡生长性能及抗氧化指标的影响。试验将240只21日龄海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为四组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只。1组饲喂基础日粮颗粒料,2组饲喂基础日粮粉料,3组在1组基础上添加抗氧化剂乙氧喹,4组在2组基础上添加抗氧化剂乙氧喹。预试期为1周,正试期为4周。结果表明:1组与2组日增重、日采食量、饲料转化比差异均不显著(P0.05),3组、4组血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P0.01),3组相对于1组饲喂5周MDA降低了31.88%。由此可见,日粮中添加乙氧喹能提高蛋雏鸡的抗氧化能力,采用二次制粒工艺,对改善蛋雏鸡生长性能也有良好的效果。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of dietary supplementation of ethoxyquine antioxidants on growth performance and antioxidant index of Hailan brown egg chicks. 240 21-day-old Hayland brown laying hens were randomly divided into four groups with 6 replicates in each group. Each group of 10 rats was fed with basal diet pellets and 2 groups fed basal diet powder. Group 3 added antioxidant ethoxyquine on the basis of group 1 and group 4 added antioxidant ethoxyquine on the basis of group 2. The pretest period was 1 week and the positive test period was 4 weeks. The results showed that there was no significant difference in daily gain, daily feed intake and feed conversion ratio between group 1 and group 2. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum of group 3 was significantly lower than that of group 1 (P 0.01). The MDA of group 3 was 31.88% lower than that of group 1 at 5 weeks. It can be seen that adding ethoxaquine to the diet can improve the antioxidant ability of the egg chicks, and the secondary granulation process can also improve the growth performance of the egg chicks.
