改性修饰氧化锌对断奶仔猪饲喂效果研究

【摘要】:本试验比较了改性修饰氧化锌和普通氧化锌在断奶仔猪生产中的饲喂效果,研究了改性修饰氧化锌对仔猪生产性能,腹泻率,养分消化率,肠壁通透性和抗氧化功能的影响。本研究分为以下3个试验部分。试验一改性修饰氧化锌对断奶仔猪的生长性能和腹泻的影响本试验选用120头,21日龄断奶仔猪,随机分为3个处理组,每个处理4个重复,每个重复10头猪。对照组,饲喂在基础日粮中添加2250mg/kg(以锌计)普通氧化锌的饲粮。试验I组,饲喂在基础日粮中添加760mg/kg(以锌计)改性修饰氧化锌的饲粮。验II组,饲喂在基础日粮中添加1140mg/kg(以锌计)改性修饰氧化锌的饲粮。饲养试验进行2周,试验期间以重复为单位,记录仔猪的初重、末重,每日仔猪的腹泻头数,全期耗料量。通过测定不同处理组断奶仔猪的生长性能(ADG,ADFI,F/G)和腹泻率。来研究改性修饰氧化锌的促生长和抗腹泻效果。结果显示:1、与普通氧化锌相比,添加760mg/kg锌的改性修饰氧化锌可以显著提高仔猪的ADG(P0.05),腹泻率差异不显著(P0.05)。添加1140mg/kg锌的改性修饰氧化锌可以显著提高仔猪的ADG(P0.01)和ADFI(P0.05),腹泻率也显著降低(P0.05)。2、与760mg/kg锌的改性修饰氧化锌相比,饲喂1140mg/kg锌的改性修饰氧化锌能显著提高仔猪ADG(P0.05),显著降低腹泻率(P0.05)。3个组之间料重比差异并不显著(P0.05)。本试验得出:改性修饰氧化锌可以改善仔猪的生长性能和腹泻率。1140mg/kg锌的改性修饰氧化锌的饲喂效果要好于760mg/kg锌的改性修饰氧化锌,能进一步改善仔猪的生长性能和降低仔猪腹泻率,且达到显著水平。试验二改性修饰氧化锌对断奶仔猪养分消化率及锌排泄的影响在试验一饲养试验结束后,在其基础上进行消化试验,以重复为单位进行收粪、采集饲料样,采用4N盐酸不溶灰分法测定养分消化率,同时测定锌元素含量。本试验得出:1、与普通氧化锌组相比,饲喂改性修饰氧化锌可以显著提高仔猪对干物质,粗蛋白,粗脂肪和钙、磷的表观消化率(P0.05或P0.01),且可以降低锌元素的排泄量;2、与760mg/kg锌的改性修饰氧化锌组相比,1140mg/kg锌的改性修饰氧化锌组只有磷的消化率得到显著提高(P0.05),其它养分消化率差异不显著(P0.05),但均有提高的趋势。结论:两组改性修饰氧化锌均极显著提高仔猪养分的消化率,且大大减少锌排泄量。饲喂不同剂量改性修饰氧化锌,养分消化率除磷外,差异不显著。试验三改性修饰氧化锌对断奶仔猪消化酶活力、肠壁通透性及抗氧化功能的影响在试验一期满结束后,以此为基础,每个重复选择3头长势平均的仔猪前腔静脉采血,离心获得血清,放入-40℃保存。使用购自南京建成试剂盒测定血清中脂肪酶,淀粉酶,胰蛋白酶,二胺氧化酶,D-乳酸,总超氧化物歧化酶,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶含量。1、与普通氧化锌相比,饲喂1140mg/kg改性修饰氧化锌可以显著提高脂肪酶活力(P0.05),显著提高仔猪的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力(P0.05);2、与760mg/kg锌的改性修饰氧化锌组相比,1140mg/kg锌的改性修饰氧化锌组显著提高了脂肪酶活力(P0.05),显著提高了谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力(P0.05)。3、其它指标随着改性修饰氧化锌添加量的提高,均有改善的趋势,但均未达到显著水平。结论:饲喂改性修饰氧化锌有提高仔猪消化酶活力的趋势,降低肠壁通透性的趋势和增强抗氧化功能的趋势。其中,脂肪酶活力和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力得到显著提高。
[Abstract]:The effects of modified Zinc Oxide and ordinary Zinc Oxide in the production of weanling piglets were compared in this experiment. The effects of modified modified Zinc Oxide on the production performance, diarrhea rate, nutrient digestibility, intestinal permeability and antioxidant function of piglets were studied. The study was divided into 3 test parts. The experiment modified the modified Zinc Oxide for weaning piglets. The effects of the growth performance and diarrhea of pigs were 120, 21 days old weaned piglets randomly divided into 3 treatment groups, each treated with 4 repetitions, each repeated 10 pigs. The control group was fed with the diet of 2250mg/kg (zinc) in the basal diet. Test I group was fed with 760mg/kg (zinc meter) in the basal diet. To modify the diet of Zinc Oxide. The II group was fed with the diet of 1140mg/kg modified with zinc in the basal diet. The feeding experiment was carried out for 2 weeks. During the experiment, the initial weight, the final weight, the number of diarrhea in the piglets and the total consumption of the piglets were recorded during the experiment. The growth performance of the weanling piglets in different treatment groups was measured. (ADG, ADFI, F/G) and diarrhea rate. To study the growth promoting and anti diarrhea effect of modified Zinc Oxide. The results showed that: 1, the modified modified Zinc Oxide with 760mg/kg zinc can significantly improve the ADG (P0.05) of piglets compared with the ordinary Zinc Oxide, and the difference of diarrhea rate is not significant (P0.05). The modified modified Zinc Oxide can significantly improve the addition of 1140mg/kg zinc. The ADG (P0.01) and ADFI (P0.05) of piglets decreased significantly (P0.05).2. Compared with the modified Zinc Oxide of 760mg/kg zinc, the modified modified Zinc Oxide fed with 1140mg/kg zinc could significantly increase the ADG (P0.05) of piglets (P0.05) and significantly lower the diarrhea rate (P0.05) in the.3 groups. Zinc can improve the growth performance and diarrhea rate of piglets.1140mg/kg zinc modified Zinc Oxide feeding effect is better than 760mg/kg zinc modified Zinc Oxide, can further improve the growth performance of piglets and reduce piglet diarrhea rate, and reach a significant level. Experiment two modified trimming Zinc Oxide for weanling piglets nutrient digestibility and zinc The effect of excretion was carried out on the basis of the experiment at the end of the experiment. The digestibility test was carried out on the basis of the experiment. The nutrient digestibility was measured by the 4N hydrochloric acid insoluble ash method and the content of zinc was measured by the 4N hydrochloric acid insoluble ash method. The results of the experiment were as follows: 1, the modified modified Zinc Oxide could be significantly raised compared with the ordinary Zinc Oxide group. The apparent digestibility (P0.05 or P0.01) of high piglets on dry matter, crude protein, crude fat and calcium (P0.05 or P0.01) and the excretion of zinc can be reduced. 2, compared with the modified Zinc Oxide group, the digestibility of the modified Zinc Oxide group was significantly increased (P0.05), and the difference of other nutrient digestibility was not significant (P0.0). 5), but there was a trend of improvement. Conclusion: the two groups of modified modified Zinc Oxide significantly improved the nutrient digestibility of piglets, and greatly reduced zinc excretion. The difference was not significant after feeding different doses of modified modified Zinc Oxide, nutrient digestibility and phosphorus removal. The experiment modified Zinc Oxide on digestive enzyme activity, intestinal wall permeability and oxygen resistance of weanling piglets. The effect of chemical function was on the basis of the end of the trial period, on the basis of which the blood was collected from the anterior vena cava of 3 heads of piglets, and the serum was obtained by centrifugation and stored at -40 C. The serum lipase, amylase, trypsin, two amine oxidase, D- lactic acid, total superoxide dismutase, valley cysteine, and valley cysteine were measured from the Nanjing built kit. The content of glypeptide peroxidase was.1, compared with the common Zinc Oxide, the lipase activity (P0.05) and glutathione peroxidase activity (P0.05) were significantly increased by feeding 1140mg/kg modified Zinc Oxide, and 2, compared with the modified modified Zinc Oxide group with 760mg/kg zinc, the modified Zinc Oxide group of 1140mg/kg zinc was significantly improved. Lipase activity (P0.05) significantly increased the activity of glutathione peroxidase (P0.05).3. Other indexes improved with the increase of modified Zinc Oxide added, but all did not reach a significant level. Conclusion: feeding modified modified Zinc Oxide could increase the trend of digestive enzyme activity in piglets and reduce the trend and increase of intestinal permeability. The activity of strong antioxidative function showed that lipase activity and glutathione peroxidase activity increased significantly.
