不同比例的两种天然色素对蛋鸡蛋黄颜色、生产性能及蛋品质的影响

【摘要】：试验主要研究了不同比例的万寿菊提取物、辣椒红色素对小麦-豆粕型日粮蛋鸡蛋黄颜色、生产性能、蛋品质的影响。选用380日龄体重相似、产蛋率相近且健康的"农大三号"蛋鸡300只,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复12只,共60只鸡。对照组只添加辣椒红色素,其中叶黄素的含量为12 mg/kg。试验组饲粮中添加的红、黄两种色素中叶黄素含量的比例分别为4:1(12:3 mg/kg)、2:1(12:6 mg/kg)、1:1(12:12 mg/kg)、1:2(12:24 mg/kg)。试验结果表明:①不同比例的混合色素对蛋黄的L(亮值)、a(红值)、RCF(罗氏比色扇值)没有显著的影响(P0.05);②与对照组相比,随万寿菊提取物含量比例的增加,蛋黄的黄值b有明显的提高(P0.05);③在饲粮中单独使用辣椒红色素或添加混合色素,均对蛋鸡的生产性能、蛋品质没有明显的影响(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:The effects of different proportion of marigold extract and capsicum red pigment on egg yolk color, production performance and egg quality in wheat-soybean meal diet were studied. Three hundred Nongda No. 3 laying hens with similar body weight and similar laying rate were randomly divided into 5 groups, 5 replicates in each group, 12 in each group, and a total of 60 hens were selected. The control group only added capsicum red pigment, the content of lutein was 12 mg / kg. The contents of lutein in the diets of the test group were 4: 1: 12: 3 mg / kg / kg respectively. The ratios of lutein content in the diet of the test group were 2: 1: 12: 3 mg / kg / kg and 2: 1: 12: 6 mg / kg / kg respectively. The results showed that there was no significant effect of different proportion of mixed pigments on L (light value) of egg yolk (RCFs) of egg yolk. Compared with control group, there was no significant effect on the ratio of the extract of marigold extract to that of the control group. The yolk value (b) was significantly increased with the addition of capsicum red pigments or mixed pigments in diet, which had no significant effect on the performance and egg quality of laying hens.
