三个品种蛋鸭体重、体尺和蛋品质测定分析及山麻鸭人工授精技术研究

【摘要】:我国是世界蛋鸭养殖大国,有着丰富的品种资源。蛋鸭养殖需要丰富的水、土地、人力等资源,江西作为水资源丰富然蛋鸭品种资源匮乏的农业大省,研究培育本省蛋鸭品种、提高资源利用率和生产效率对我省农业养殖发展具有重要意义。本研究主要进行荆江鸭、山麻鸭和绍兴鸭三个麻鸭品种的体重、体尺和蛋品质测定分析,同时进行笼养山麻鸭人工授精技术研究,为下一步笼养蛋鸭选育提供数据支持。大部分的测定工作在江西天韵种鸭场进行,蛋品质测定在江西农业大学完成。主要研究结果如下:1、测定荆江鸭、山麻鸭、绍兴鸭三品种鸭各周龄体重,用三种非线性模型(Logistic、Gompertz、Von bertalanffy)对不同品种生长发育进行拟合分析。发现其中山麻鸭和荆江鸭Logistic模型综合表现更优,绍兴鸭则Gompertz效果更佳;同时也对荆江鸭、山麻鸭和绍兴鸭进行χ2拟合优度检验,发现荆江鸭和绍兴鸭采用Gompertz模型分析可以获得较优拟合度。2、测定荆江鸭、山麻鸭、绍兴鸭三品种鸭体重和体尺,通过回归分析建立三品种蛋鸭回归方程,荆江鸭:Y=-446.850+92.891X4+154.873X6,山麻鸭:Y=-714.354+98.965X1,绍鸭:Y=-958.732+97.546X1+58.218X6。运用各回归方程,为下一步蛋鸭选育提供数据参考。3、选取荆江鸭、山麻鸭和绍兴鸭,采取单、双笼不同模式下饲养,比较不同品种蛋鸭不同饲养模式下的蛋品质差异。结果为:双笼饲养蛋壳厚、蛋比重大,适宜种鸭种蛋选育,双笼组各项蛋品质指标整体上均呈现一定程度上优于单笼组;通过对各品种青、白壳蛋品质测定发现,蛋壳厚度和蛋壳比重青壳要显著高于白壳,说明运输与保存中青壳会更占优势,蛋白、蛋清、蛋黄比率无显著差异,说明内部蛋品质差异不显著。4、选取山麻鸭做品种内人工授精试验,探究笼养蛋鸭人工授精中的采精频率及不同稀释液、输精量、输精频率等因素对受精率和孵化率的影响。结果表明:山麻鸭公鸭间隔两天(每三天)采精能够获得较好的精液品质;生理盐水稀释液10倍稀释输精量0.1mL/羽的条件下,输精间隔3天,可以获得较优的生产效果。
[Abstract]:Our country is a big country of egg duck breeding in the world, and has abundant variety resources. Egg duck breeding needs abundant water, land, manpower and other resources. Jiangxi, as an agricultural province with abundant water resources, is short of egg duck breeds. It is of great significance to improve the utilization rate of resources and production efficiency for the development of agricultural aquaculture in our province. In this study, the weight, body size and egg quality of Jingjiang Duck, Shan Ma Duck and Shaoxing Duck were measured and analyzed. At the same time, artificial insemination technology of caged Shan Ma Duck was studied. Most of the work was done in Jiangxi Tianyun Duck Farm, and the egg quality was determined in Jiangxi Agricultural University. The main results were as follows: 1. The body weight of Jingjiang Duck, Shan Ma Duck and Shaoxing Duck was measured. The growth and development of different breeds were analyzed by using three nonlinear models, namely, Gompertzia Gompertzia Von Berbertalanffy. The results showed that the Logistic model of Shanma duck and Jingjiang duck was better than that of Shaoxing duck, and that of Shaoxing duck was better than that of Shaoxing duck, and the 蠂 2 goodness of fit test was also performed on Jingjiang duck, mountain Ma duck and Shaoxing duck. It was found that Jingjiang duck and Shaoxing duck could obtain better fitting degree by Gompertz model analysis. The body weight and body size of Jingjiang duck, Shanma duck and Shaoxing duck were measured. The regression equation was established by regression analysis. Jingjiang Duck: yang-446.850 92.891X4 154.873X6, Mountain Sparrow Duck: -714.354 98.965X1, Shaoxian Duck 97.546X1 58.218X6. The regression equation was used to provide data reference for the next layer duck breeding. Jingjiang duck, Shan Ma duck and Shaoxing duck were selected and raised in single and double cages. The egg quality of different breeds of laying duck was compared under different feeding modes. The results were as follows: the egg shell was thick, the egg proportion was large, the double cage group was suitable for breeding duck eggs, and the egg quality index of the double cage group was better than that of the single cage group to some extent, and it was found that the quality of green and white shell eggs was better than that of the single cage group. The thickness of egg shell and the specific gravity of egg shell were significantly higher than that of white shell, which indicated that the green shell was more dominant in transportation and preservation, and the ratio of protein, egg white and yolk had no significant difference. The results showed that the difference of internal egg quality was not significant. 4. The insemination experiment was conducted in order to explore the effects of the frequency of spermatozoa collection and different diluents, insemination amount and insemination frequency on the fertilization rate and hatching rate. The results showed that the semen quality of male duck was better than that of normal saline dilution solution (10 times dilution of 0.1mL/ feather) at the interval of 2 days (every 3 days), and a better production effect could be obtained when the interval of insemination was 3 days.
