河南许昌市猪主要疫病免疫效果检测与分析

【摘要】:口蹄疫(Foot-and-mouth disease,FMD)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,PRRS)、猪瘟(Classical swine fever,CSF)是近年来危害养猪业的重要传染病,口蹄疫、猪瘟被世界动物卫生组织列为A类家畜传染病,猪繁殖与呼吸综合被征列为B类传染病。这3种病是我国重点防控的疫病。预防CSF、PRRS、FMD 3种疫病最有效的方法是疫苗免疫接种。我国对猪疫病采取的是以疫苗免疫接种为主的综合防控措施,而对疫苗免疫效果的评价主要是检测免疫抗体水平,当抗体水平达到相应的滴度,便可起到防止相应病原感染的作用。对疫苗免疫抗体水平的检测是规模化养猪场疫病检测的一项重要内容,是规模化养猪场制定疫病防控方案的重要依据。本研究针对许昌市下辖5个县区规模化养猪场疫病防控中疫苗免疫接种的实际情况,分别采集五个县区15家养猪场户732份血清样品,对猪瘟、猪O型口蹄疫、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征3种主要疫病的疫苗免疫抗体水平进行了检测和评价,以期为本地区规模化养猪场猪瘟、猪O型口蹄疫、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征的防控提供基础资料。调查结果如下。1.对许昌市规模猪场猪瘟、猪O型口蹄疫、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征3种主要疫病免疫效果进行了检测。结果表明,猪瘟免疫抗体合格率为70%~93.3%,2014年和2015年平均合格率分别为83.2%和79.8%;猪O型口蹄疫免疫抗体合格率为72.2%~93.3%,2014年和2015年平均合格率分别为82.4%和82%;猪繁殖与呼吸综合征免疫抗体合格率为72.2%~96.4%,2014年和2015年平均合格率分别为85.9%和85.1%。2.猪场3种主要疫病疫苗免疫抗体检测结果说明,5个县区本次所抽检规模化猪场猪瘟、猪O型口蹄疫、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征疫苗免疫抗体合格率达到了国家规定的要求,但各县之间合格率水平仍有较大差距,抗体的整体阳性率有待提高。
[Abstract]:Foot-and-mouth disease (FMD), porcine reproductive and respiratory syndromes (PRRSs) and classical swine disease (CSFs) are the most important infectious diseases in swine industry. Foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) and hog fever (CSF) are classified as Class A infectious diseases by the World Organization of Animal Health (OIE). Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndromes are classified as Class B infectious diseases. These three diseases are the most important diseases in China. Vaccination is the most effective method to prevent three kinds of epidemic diseases. In our country, we take comprehensive measures to prevent and control pig blight by vaccination, and the evaluation of the immune effect of the vaccine is mainly to detect the level of immune antibody, when the antibody level reaches the corresponding titer. Can play the role of preventing the corresponding pathogen infection. The detection of immune antibody level of vaccine is an important content in the detection of epidemic disease in large-scale pig farms, and it is also an important basis for the establishment of prevention and control schemes of epidemic diseases in large-scale pig farms. In this study, 732 serum samples from 15 pig farms in five counties of Xuchang city were collected for swine fever and hog type O foot-and-mouth disease. In order to provide basic data for prevention and control of swine fever, hog type O foot-and-mouth disease and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome in this area, the immune antibody levels of three major diseases of swine reproductive and respiratory syndrome were detected and evaluated. The findings are as follows. The immune effects of swine fever, hog type O foot-and-mouth disease and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome on large scale pig farms in Xuchang city were detected. The results show that The qualified rate of antibody against hog fever antibody was 700.93. 3%, the average qualified rate in 2014 and 2015 was 83.2% and 79.8%, respectively, and the qualified rate of antibody against foot-and-mouth disease type O was 72.2%, and the average qualified rate in 2014 and 2015 was 82.4% and 822%, respectively. The average qualified rate in 2014 and 2015 was 85.9% and 85.1%, respectively. The test results of immune antibodies against three kinds of major epidemic disease vaccines in pig farms show that the qualified rate of immunized antibodies against swine fever, hog type O foot-and-mouth disease and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome vaccines in five counties and regions has met the requirements of the state. However, there is still a big gap in the qualification rate among counties, and the overall positive rate of antibody needs to be improved.
