英黄散水煎液对奶牛乳房炎致病菌的体外抑菌及抗炎效果的观察

【摘要】:为探讨复方中药英黄散水煎液对奶牛乳房炎致病菌的抑菌能力及抗炎效果,首先对乳房炎患牛奶中的致病菌分离鉴定,通过牛津杯法进行药敏试验,采用常量肉汤稀释法测定英黄散对不同致病菌的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度;将小鼠随机分为英黄散低、中、高剂量组,阿司匹林药物组,空白对照组,然后开展二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀试验、小鼠棉球致肉芽肿试验、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性变化试验,观察英黄散的抗炎作用。结果,经分离鉴定,得到3种致病菌,分别为无乳链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌;这3种致病菌对英黄散均具有一定的敏感性;其最小抑菌浓度依次为31.25、62.5、125 mg/m L;最小杀菌浓度依次为62.5、125、250 mg/m L。抗炎试验结果显示,与空白对照组相比,英黄散高剂量组及阿司匹林药物组能明显减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀度且差异极显著(P0.01),中剂量组差异显著(P0.05);英黄散高剂量组与阿司匹林组小鼠腹腔渗透液吸光度明显低于空白对照组且差异极显著(P0.01),中剂量组差异显著(P0.05);英黄散低剂量组及阿司匹林组肉芽肿增重明显低于空白对照组且差异极显著(P0.01),中剂量组差异显著(P0.05)。上述结果表明,英黄散具有良好的抑菌能力及抗炎效果。
[Abstract]:In order to study the bacteriostasis ability and anti-inflammatory effect of Yinghuang Powder decoction, a compound Chinese medicine, the pathogenic bacteria in mastitis milk were isolated and identified firstly, and the drug sensitivity test was carried out by Oxford Cup method. The minimal inhibitory concentration and minimal bactericidal concentration of Yinghuang Powder against different pathogenic bacteria were determined by the method of constant broth dilution, and mice were randomly divided into low, medium, high dose, aspirin group and blank control group. Then the mice auricle swelling test induced by xylene, the granuloma test induced by cotton ball in mice, the capillary permeability test of mice induced by acetic acid were carried out, and the anti-inflammatory effect of Yinghuang powder was observed. Results: after isolation and identification, three kinds of pathogenic bacteria were obtained, which were streptococcus acuminata, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, all of which were sensitive to Yinghuangsan. The minimum inhibitory concentration and bactericidal concentration were 31.25 mg/m / L and 62.5125250 mg/m / L, respectively. The results of anti-inflammatory test showed that, compared with the blank control group, The high dose group and aspirin group could obviously reduce the auricle swelling of mice, and the difference was very significant (P 0.01), and the difference between the middle dose group and the middle dose group was significant (P 0.05), and the absorbance of osmotic fluid of mice in the high dose group and aspirin group was significantly lower than that in the aspirin group. The difference was significant in the blank control group (P 0.01) and in the middle dose group (P 0.05), the weight gain of granuloma in the low dose group and aspirin group was significantly lower than that in the blank control group and the difference was very significant (P 0.01), and the difference in the middle dose group was significant (P 0.05). The results showed that Yinghuang Powder had good bacteriostasis and anti-inflammatory effect.
