日粮中添加β-甘露聚糖酶对肉鸡生产性能及肠道健康的影响

【摘要】:本研究以罗斯308肉鸡为研究对象,试验分两批次进行,研究在低、高豆粕添加量的情况下,日粮中添加β-甘露聚糖酶对白羽肉鸡生产性能及肠道健康的影响。试验一为低豆粕日粮,选取1日龄罗斯308肉鸡1440只,随机分为4个处理,每个处理设12个重复,每个重复30只鸡,分别饲喂4种不同处理的日粮:即基础日粮、基础日粮添加甘露聚糖酶(500g/t)、低能量日粮、低能量日粮添加甘露聚糖酶(500g/t),试验期分别为42天。试验二为高豆粕日粮,选取1日龄罗斯308肉鸡1080只,随机分为4个处理,每个处理设10个重复,每个重复27只鸡,分别饲喂4种不同处理的日粮:即基础日粮、基础日粮添加甘露聚糖酶(500g/t)、低能量日粮、低能量日粮添加甘露聚糖酶(500g/t),试验期33天。研究结果表明:低豆粕日粮添加β-甘露聚糖酶对的肉鸡的生产性能没有起到显著性的促进作用。低豆粕低能量日粮添加β-甘露聚糖酶后反而增加了料肉比;高豆粕日粮添加β-甘露聚糖酶对的肉鸡的生产性能有一定的改善作用;低豆粕日粮添加β-甘露聚糖酶能显著降低十二指肠的重量指数,高豆粕低能量日粮添加β-甘露聚糖酶能显著性降低回肠的重量指数;低豆粕低能量日粮添加β-甘露聚糖酶组较基础日粮组能显著降低血液中尿素氮、乳酸脱氢酶的含量;日粮添加β-甘露聚糖酶降低了肠道淀粉酶活性;低豆粕日粮能量降低之后,添加β-甘露聚糖酶显著性增加十二指肠和回肠的长度;高豆粕日粮添加β-甘露聚糖酶显著提高了腹脂率。以上研究表明:饲粮中添加β-甘露聚糖酶可以影响肉鸡肠道发育,促进机体内蛋白质的沉积,在一定程度上缓解外界环境对肉鸡的应激。
[Abstract]:In this study, Roth308 broiler was divided into two batches to study the effects of 尾 -mannanase supplementation in diet on the performance and intestinal health of white broilers under the condition of low and high soybean meal supplementation. Experiment 1 was a low soybean meal diet. 1440 1-day-old Roth308 broilers were randomly divided into 4 treatments with 12 replicates in each treatment and 30 chickens in each treatment. The diets were fed with four different treatments: basal diet. Mannanase (500g/t) was added to basal diet and mannanase (500g/t) was added to low energy diet for 42 days. The second experiment was high soybean meal diet. 1080 1-day-old Roth308 broilers were randomly divided into 4 treatments, with 10 replicates in each treatment and 27 chickens in each treatment. The diets were fed with four different treatments: basal diet. Mannanase (500g/t) was added to basal diet and mannanase (500g/t) was added to low energy diet for 33 days. The results showed that the low soybean meal diet supplemented with 尾 -mannanase did not play a significant role in promoting the performance of broilers. Adding 尾 -mannanase to low soybean meal and low energy diet increased feed / meat ratio, and high soybean meal diet supplemented with 尾 -mannanase could improve the performance of broiler. The addition of 尾 -mannanase to low soybean meal diet significantly decreased the weight index of duodenum, and 尾 -mannanase to high soybean meal and low energy diet significantly decreased the weight index of ileum. The contents of blood urea nitrogen and lactate dehydrogenase in low soybean meal and low energy diet supplemented with 尾 -mannanase were significantly lower than those in basal diet, and the activity of intestinal amylase was decreased in diet supplemented with 尾 -mannanase. Addition of 尾 -mannanase significantly increased the length of duodenum and ileum, and 尾 -mannanase significantly increased abdominal fat rate in high soybean meal diet. The results showed that 尾 -mannanase in diet could affect the intestinal development of broilers, promote the accumulation of protein in the body, and alleviate the stress caused by the external environment to the broilers to a certain extent.
