张掖育肥牛舍冬季采光与通风设计及应用效果

【摘要】:为了提高冬季肉牛的饲养水平,试验根据张掖地区的气候状况和建筑日照参数对牛舍进行采光与通风设计,并应用于实际生产。该牛舍设计为东西朝向,共饲养240头体重约400 kg的育肥牛。根据太阳日照确定牛舍屋顶2条1.2 m采光带,冬至10:00—14:00光线可直接照射牛体,减缓肉牛冷应激。将建造后的牛舍应用于实际饲养,并对舍内环境因子进行检测。结果表明:在通气缝开启状态下,舍外日平均温度为-5.2℃时,舍内日平均温度为1.68℃,舍内最高温度为10.6℃、最低温度为-5.6℃;风速为0.23 m/s,总通风量为21 772.8 m~3/h;相对湿度08:00时为81.7%,14:00时为34.5%,20:00时为56.8%,基本符合肉牛生产要求;舍内NH_3浓度为0.7 mg/m~3,CO_2浓度为705.0 mg/m~3,平均照度超过50 lx,均达到饲养标准。说明牛舍设计合理、通风与采光效果较好,值得推广。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the raising level of beef cattle in winter, the light and ventilation design of cattle sheds was carried out according to the climatic conditions and building sunshine parameters in Zhangye area, and was applied to practical production. The cowshed was designed for east-west orientation and raised 240 fattening cattle weighing about 400 kg. According to the sun sunshine, two 1.2 m daylighting belts were determined on the roof of the cowshed. The Winter Solstice 1000-14: 00 light could directly illuminate the body of cattle and alleviate the cold stress of beef cattle. The built cattle sheds were applied to the actual feeding and the environmental factors in the sheds were detected. The results showed that the average daily temperature was 1.68 鈩,
