发酵中药渣对围产期母猪和哺乳仔猪血浆生化参数和抗氧化指标的影响

【摘要】:为了探讨发酵中药渣在妊娠母猪饲粮中添加的可行性,试验选用2~4胎次、预产期相近的二元妊娠母猪60头,随机分为对照组、中药渣组和发酵中药渣组,比较研究饲粮添加黄芪、当归、益母草和金银花等中药渣发酵前后对围产期母猪和哺乳仔猪血浆生化参数和抗氧化指标的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,中药渣组母猪产后14和21 d血浆ALT活性显著升高(P0.05),7日龄仔猪血浆ALP活性显著降低(P0.05);发酵中药渣组母猪产后7 d血浆ALT和CAT活性、产后14 d血浆ALP和GSH-Px活性以及产后21 d血浆ALT和CAT活性均显著升高(P0.05),产后14和21 d血浆MDA含量显著降低(P0.05),14日龄仔猪血浆MDA含量显著降低(P0.05)、T-AOC活性显著升高(P0.05),21日龄仔猪血浆CAT活性显著升高(P0.05)。证实了饲粮添加发酵中药渣可改变围产期母猪及哺乳仔猪的机体代谢、增强机体抗氧化能力。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the feasibility of adding Chinese medicine residue into the diet of pregnant sows, 60 pregnant sows with 2 fuses and similar expected dates were randomly divided into three groups: control group, traditional Chinese medicine residue group and fermentative Chinese medicine residue group, which were divided into three groups: control group, traditional Chinese medicine residue group and fermentative Chinese medicine dregs group. The effects of diet supplemented with astragalus, Angelica sinensis, motherwort and honeysuckle on plasma biochemical parameters and antioxidant indexes of perinatal sows and suckling piglets were studied. The results showed that compared with the control group, the plasma ALT activity in the Chinese medicine residue group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05), the plasma ALP activity in the 7-day-old piglets was significantly decreased (P0.05), the plasma ALT and CAT activities in the fermentative residue group were significantly lower than those in the control group at the 7th day postpartum. Plasma ALP and GSH-Px activities and plasma ALT and CAT activities were significantly increased on postpartum day 14 and 21 postpartum (P0.05), and plasma MDA levels were significantly decreased on postpartum 14 and 21 days postpartum (P0.05). Plasma MDA content in 14-day-old piglets was significantly decreased (P0.05) and T-AOC activity was significantly increased (P0.05) in 21-day-old piglets. The activity of CAT in pig plasma was significantly increased (P0.05). It was proved that dietary residue could change the metabolism of sows and suckling piglets during perinatal period and enhance the antioxidant capacity of the body.
