畜禽呼吸道黏膜屏障的结构和功能及其改善措施

【摘要】:呼吸道黏膜屏障是机体防御的重要屏障,主要包括机械屏障、化学屏障、微生物屏障和免疫屏障,各屏障有机地结合在一起,共同阻止有害物质的侵袭,保护呼吸道健康。畜禽舍内粉尘、有害气体及温度、湿度等因子容易引起呼吸道疾病,导致呼吸道黏膜损伤,加重畜禽病情,甚至诱发脏器病理损伤。本文主要通过总结呼吸道黏膜屏障的结构和功能以及改善畜禽呼吸道黏膜屏障的措施,为深入研究呼吸道黏膜屏障进而防治畜禽呼吸道疾病提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:Respiratory mucosal barrier is an important defense barrier, including mechanical barrier, chemical barrier, microbial barrier and immune barrier, which are combined organically to prevent harmful substances from invading and to protect respiratory health. The factors such as dust, harmful gas, temperature, humidity and so on in livestock and poultry shed are apt to cause respiratory tract disease, cause respiratory tract mucous membrane damage, aggravate animal disease, and even induce organ pathological injury. By summarizing the structure and function of respiratory mucosal barrier and improving the respiratory mucosal barrier of livestock and poultry, this paper provides a theoretical basis for the further study of respiratory mucosal barrier and prevention and treatment of animal respiratory tract diseases.
