维他昔布片对猫血液学指标的影响研究

【摘要】:为评价维他昔布片对猫的安全性,将本地24只健康家猫随机分为4组,分别为空白组(2 mg/kg)、罗贝考昔对照组(2 mg/kg)、维他昔布1倍推荐剂量组(2 mg/kg)、维他昔布3倍推荐剂量组(6 mg/kg),每组6只,连续给药14 d。于给药前及给药后7、14 d测定猫的体温、体重、血常规及血生化指标。试验结果表明,给药前后猫的体温、体重和临床表现正常,各试验组间的血常规及血生化指标无显著差异性。说明维他昔布片对猫的血液学变化无显著性影响,用药安全。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the safety of Vitacil tablets on cats, 24 local healthy domestic cats were randomly divided into 4 groups. They were blank group (2 mg/kg), robekoxib control group (2 mg/kg), vecoxib 1 times recommended dose group (2 mg/kg) and Vitaxib 3 times recommended dose group (6 mg/kg). Each group (6 rats) was given continuously for 14 days. The body temperature, body weight, blood routine and blood biochemical indexes were measured before and 7 days after administration. The results showed that the body temperature, body weight and clinical manifestations of cats were normal before and after administration of the drug, and there was no significant difference in blood routine and biochemical indexes among the test groups. The results showed that Vitaximab had no significant effect on the hematological changes of cats, and it was safe to use it.
