多菌株联合发酵玉米秸秆的固态发酵条件优化

【摘要】:为研究平菇PL-01、黑曲霉M6.300、里氏木霉多菌株联合发酵玉米秸秆的固态发酵条件,本试验对玉米秸秆固态发酵过程中原料的初始pH、含水量、发酵温度、发酵时间进行了优化。结果表明:玉米秸秆固态发酵工艺条件为原料初始pH为5.5,原料含水量为65%,发酵温度为25℃,发酵时间为120 h。在最优发酵条件下联合发酵菌株滤纸酶活力(FPA)为13.57 IU/g。
