白腐真菌降解秸秆条件的研究

【摘要】:本试验从温度、p H值、接种量以及秸秆中的水分含量等优化指标,研究白腐真菌发酵秸秆前后纤维素和木质素的变化。试验发现,在秸秆含水量为60%,温度在30℃,接种量为0.25g/kg,酸度控制在p H为5.0的条件下发酵7天的效果比较显著。本试验研究为白腐真菌处理秸秆饲料提供理论依据。
