日粮添加中药组方对肉鸡肠道形态和内源酶活性的影响

【摘要】：试验旨在研究日粮添加中药组方对肉鸡肠道形态结构和消化酶活性的影响,800只1日龄健康AA肉仔鸡随机分为4组,分别为添加0.25%、0.50%、1.00%中药组方的试验组和对照组,每组设4个重复,每个重复50只。以玉米-豆粕型饲粮为基础日粮,预饲期7 d,试验期42 d。分别在21、42日龄进行肠道形态结构和消化酶活性的测定。结果显示:饲粮中添加中药组方,可增加肉鸡十二指肠和空肠的绒毛高度,降低隐窝深度,各段肠道的胰蛋白酶活力与对照组相比均有不同程度的提高,十二指肠的淀粉酶活力和脂肪酶活力也均高于对照组。提示在肉鸡日粮中添加0.50%的中药组方,可以增加小肠绒毛高度,降低隐窝深度,提高小肠内源酶的活性,进而促进营养物质的消化和吸收。
[Abstract]:The aim of the experiment was to study the effects of dietary Chinese herbal prescription on intestinal morphology and digestive enzyme activity of broilers. 800 1-day-old healthy AA broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups, which were supplemented with 0.25 and 0.50 respectively. 1.00% of the experimental group and the control group were divided into 4 replicates and 50 replicates in each group. On the basis of corn-soybean meal diet, the prefeeding period was 7 days and the experimental period was 42 days. The intestinal morphology and digestive enzyme activity were measured at the age of 21 ~ 42 days. The results showed that the addition of traditional Chinese medicine to diet could increase the villus height of duodenum and jejunum and decrease the depth of crypt in broilers. The trypsin activity in each section of intestine was increased in different degree compared with the control group. Amylase activity and lipase activity in duodenum were also higher than those in control group. It was suggested that adding 0.50% traditional Chinese medicine to broiler diet could increase villus height, decrease crypt depth, increase intestinal endogenous enzyme activity, and promote digestion and absorption of nutrients.
